Work was in line with local building codes and contractor took care of all permits. Work is good quality and the crew were professional. Work was done in a timely manner and they followed up quickly with any questions and concerns.

Seven years ago I had a sunroom built by another company and it began leaking, bowing and the panels were separating. There was no chance of getting this company and owner to return calls - past experience with them after initial completion of the original work. Finding a good contractor and sunroom company was becoming a daunting task. After research and calling a few Wesley called me back and we spoke of my problem with my sunroom. He graciously agreed to come a good distance to my home and at least check out the problem and give me suggestions of who he would recommend in my area. After seeing my problem and considering doing a job pretty far from his home base he said he would help me and do the job. He was very knowledgable and honest, giving me a reasonable quote, not knowing what they may find by coming behind someone who evidently had cut corners and messed the job up to start with. Wesley, Chad and the crew renewed my faith in contractors. They were prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, reasonable in cost and very honest about the whole job. They found a horrible mess from the original job and were able to give me a new roof done correctly with the correct pitch to avoid the same problem in the future. They went the extra mile and made sure I was pleased with what they were doing. They were on time daily and worked a full days work each day. The sunroom roof is better quality and astatically more pleasing than it was originally. I can't praise or recomment Wesley and Express Sunrooms more highly. Since they did an exceptional job renovating my sunroom , I can only imagine what a pleasure it would have been to work with them building from scratch. I have to also praise the crew that came and did the work too. They definately knew what they were doing and were always sure to pick up and clean up each day through out the project. They left my property in good clean shape. This wasn't the case with the original contractor. I give this company, owner, and crew the highest possible praise for a wonderful experience and job. I only wish I had found them first. I would have avoided a huge headache if I had. Thanks Wesley and crew for making a bad experience turn out to be a plesant experience that renews my faith in sunroom contractors! You guys are truly the best!

We had several contractors prove estimates but finally selected Express Sunrooms to build our sunroom. The project would sit on an existing patio slab which measured about 22?x13?. A sloped roof would make the room seem confining and only reach about 7? in height at the external door. A gabled roof would provide a sensation of a larger room. Only Express Sunrooms would provide a presentation that provided a gable roof. As you can see in the attached photos, we got what we asked for. The external walls are all aluminum. Doors and windows are double-pane, gas filled. Windows are all custom ordered, slide horizontally and are, of course, screened. The roof is shingled which match the original roof. Part of Wesley?s job was to locate materials such as the shingles and horizontal siding to ensure a good match. Heat and air is provided by a 1-ton, 110Volt, hotel-style unit manufactured by Fujitsu. The unit includes a heat pump and is rated at about 10 amps when the heater coils are energized and includes a remote control. It is providing a nice cooling to a room exposed to the harsh Georgia sun. Even in September it?s hot outside. The external unit is low profile and barely visible above the wall line. Express Sunrooms of Macon is owned/operated by Wesley Turner. He has assembled an outstanding crew that I can?t say enough about. But I?ll try. The original slab was sloped for water drainage. New concrete (4?-5? thick) and 18? footers were the first stage of the job. This ensured a level floor plus elevated it so no water from the pool could possibly flood the area. The enclosure crew did an outstanding job of not just finding problem areas, but in providing solutions. Ricky is the site manager and had several issues to tackle. First, our laundry room is in the center of the house which is on a concrete slab. When the house was build, the dryer vent was buried in the slab and went under a closet to an external port which came out at the patio. Solution: solid tin pipe runs up a corner by the dryer and exits at the roof. The exit point is capped to keep rain out and painted black to match other roof details. Inside, a new dryer lint trap which has a window so you can tell when it needs cleaning couples the dryer to the pipe. The gabled roof was also a challenge. As you can see from the photo, two sloping roof lines meet which could cause an undesirable water fall in a heavy rain. Ricky devised an altered roof line with a catch-pan and down-spout that I believe is a good solution. From the ground you can?t tell just how ingenious his solution is. Another unforeseen problem was found when the old siding was removed. Rain managed to find a way behind the siding, causing some wood rot and mold. This was all resolved as part of the construction. The electrical work was done by Bo Electric of Warner Robins. His two-man crew (of which Bo is one) provided all the electrical work and materials. At one point Bo had to open up a panel about 7 feet off the floor and crawled INSIDE the fireplace enclosure to wire a ceiling fan. I really wish I had a picture of it as it was quite a site. As mentioned, it?s been hot here and his young helper did all the attic work which I?m sure was blisteringly hot and not one complaint! Hooks Heating and Air of Byron installed the hear/air system. He showed up at the site one morning to see if the system was already delivered. Even though it wasn?t scheduled yet for installation, he and his crew took the time to install it. Anytime you get a contractor on the job early is a good sign! The unit couldn?t be tested yet as the electrical had not yet been completed. Once electrical was connected, Joe, owner, took plenty of time to explain the controls and what to look for by way of signs of a problem. Joe is very personable and I would recommend him for repairs and new installations. Drywall was done by Chucks Drywall, another local contractor. Work went a little slow but you can?t make sheetrock mud dry faster than science allows. Chuck installed all the drywall and painted all the walls. Nice job and it really makes the sunroom more like a room that belongs to the house. Baseboards will have to wait until the floor tile is installed. The floor tiling began today (Sept 26)and will complete all construction. And I can?t forget to mention Wesley. He gave a good presentation during our initial search for a contractor. More than that, he strikes me as a hands-on manager who monitors work progress and meets with his crew to discuss issues and progress. He?s not one to get the workload and then hand over everything to someone and site behind a desk. During the enclosure building, he could often be found at the job site inspecting and making sure things were going according to plan. We love the sunroom and can?t wait to bring in furnishings and begin to enjoy the birds and the night sky. All-in-all, Great job and we would recommend Express Sunrooms of Macon in a heartbeat. BTW Angie, the question ?Was money paid or were services performed?? is confusing. Doesn?t seem like a yes/no answer is appropriate.

It was the best experience I've ever encountered from a sunroom company. Very professional, very polite, and they were quick as well as efficient. I would recommend if you have a screen that needs to be replaced they are the people to call.

You can not even tell it is an add on to the existing roof. The screened in porch looks fantastic!! Thanks so much for everything. We recently moved into an older house. The screen room off the pool was ugly and worn, composed of weathered, splitting wood. They replaced all of the wood, to include the support posts, with white, maintenance free metal. Torn, loose screens were replaced with sliding screens and they replaced the door. Their subcontractor tore out the old, yucky carpet and installed tile that we purchased ourselves from Lowe's. We also wanted a bar built against the exterior wall, that could be accessed from the outside as well as inside. The sliding screens were necessary for this to work. They had us go to a local countertop company that sells salvage pieces and pick out what we wanted. Wesley picked it up after it had been cut to size and installed it - this saved a lot of money. The only problem with the whole remodel was that they added a support under the bar which prevented us from putting our legs under it when seated. We told Wesley about this and he removed it the next day without question. The entire remodel is beautiful. Wesley told us what to expect, stayed in touch with us and answered all questions. They had never built a bar before, and he was excited to add this. The crew cleaned up every day and our lives weren't disrupted at all. Wesley genuinely wanted to make us happy.

We originally had a screened in patio that let all the pollen and dirt inside. I was tired of cleaning and not getting to use. I checked patio enclosures and they were way more than I wanted to spend. I saw this product one day, researched it and called Express sunrooms. The patio looks just like an expensive window enclosure but half the cost. The vinyl looks like window and can be open ed like Windows. They removed the old screening and put in new screens as well as a nicer screen door than the one I had. It's really an amazing product. This company was professional, courteous and came through with everything they promised. Appointments were always kept and workers were on time and diligent.

From day 1 Wesley and Chad, the crew who did the concrete work, to the crew who built the sunroom and also to the electrician, they were all very efficient, told you when they would be there, and were always prompt. Each one explained any questions that we had. All the crews cleaned up each day and there were no messes in my yard even though they were not through. My wife and I are over the moon with the results! We would not hesitate to use them again even for future projects that we have ! !

I once again contracted Express Sunrooms to add on to my backyard. This time I wanted to extend the area of concrete and create an additional seating area. They came out and prepped the area and did an outstanding job. Were very careful on the existing area and also were able to save the tree I had planted. When they came back the next day to pour the concrete they did an excellent job and the finished product really looks great. I will continue to use this company as I have additional plans to expand the back yard some more.

For these guys no job is too big and they strive for perfection. They had a great crew and really did an excellent job. Their warranty is awesome and gives you that extra piece of mind. The quote was the best I received out of the 4 that I had provided. I would not hesitate to use them again the future and would recommend them to any friends or family. We are completely thrilled of how it turned out and they really went the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy.

The first time Wesley came over we were all a bit confused as to how we were going to accomplish a covered patio area with the existing screen structure for the pool because the area we wanted covered is flat. Wesley didn't doubt it could be done, he just needed to figure out the best way to do it! Wesley measured everything and said he would get back with us. Within a couple of days Wesley was back, with a solution and an estimate in hand! We all agreed Wesley's solution would suit our needs and, on a gentleman's hand shake, supplies were delivered and work was completed. Once the guys showed up to do the work, the project was completed in 4 hours! We love our new covered porch area! Thanks Wesley and crew for a job well done!

Wesley came by and looked at the area that I wanted to have covered and gave me a quote and just as he said, the materials were delivered and work was started within two weeks. The workers made sure they cleaned up each day after they worked. I was kept informed of every detail. Initially, I was only getting the patio covered and no shingles; I decided to shingle it and asked Wesley to give me a quote on that and also asked him to quote me the cost of replacing my back door which was rotting due to water damage. He gave me a reasonable quote for both. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the courteousness of the workers, and am looking forward to enjoying my patio this summer!! I could not be happier with the craftsmanship that went into the building of my new sunroom. They turned a porch that was not built to code into a beautiful new year round sunroom. I am sure we will get a lot of use out of this room. I am happy that I decided to use Express Sunrooms instead of a different builder. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous. I have already hired Express Sunrooms to build a new deck off of the sunroom.

On time for all work. Did not demand partial payments. Friendly workers who performed as expected and cleaned up work site on every occasion. In a word.......PROFESSIONAL!

They were proficient and professional. Excellent work and craftsmanship. Very responsive, I never had to wait long for a call back and it was rare if I couldn't get in touch. I'm amazed you could still get service like this.

The men working showed up before 8 AM, worked until 5 PM daily, and the job was completed very well and to my satisfaction! Everything was cleaned up daily, men very pleasant and willing to work with us, a large job very well done..back in a week, front in three days, including the demolishing of front and back decking that was in terrible condition. He was a man of his word. He did everything as said in a timely manner. When he got to the job site the guys would be professional. He arrived when he said they would. They respected my property and kept it clean. I just like that he lived up to his word with everything. The quality of the work was up to standards.
