He came out three times to one property. I liked that he had the scope that could go in and make sure that the lines were clear. It didn't work in one place because there was a dead squirrel on the line and it was husband that found the problem. He couldn't figure it out the last time but he gave me a reasonable price because he couldn't figure it out. His professionalism is pretty good. I was disappointed that we had to be the ones to find the problem and that he didn't find it. He didn't go through the trouble of going all the way down and finding where the problem was. Apart from that the first time he came out, he did a really good job. After that when we had a problem with a different bathroom he tried but it didn't work and he didn't go any further. The price was okay. He didn't go far enough to find it.

We had water coming up through the slab my house sits on so we called another highly rated plumber from Angie's List. After five minutes, he gave me an estimate of $750 to bust up the slab and repair the leak. I didn't want to go that far without being 100% sure that the leak was in the slab so I I did more research and noticed that Billy can detect leaks under ground. So I called and he came out with in a couple of hours. Billy was very professional and thorough. After a lot of trouble shooting a variety of issues that no one looked at before (including the previous plumber), he found the leak behind the wall coming from a fitting. Within another 20 minutes he was done. If it was a simple leak, what he charged me would have been a lot but I would have gladly paid more for his diligence in finding the issue where everyone else failed before.

We chose to call Billy because he had previously done some jobs for my husband at work. He came by in the afternoon of the same day to evaluate the job and determine what parts he needed. Then he arrived on time prepared to work, as promised, on the 17th. The jobs were well-done and he cleaned up afterwards!
