Fine they helped me unload and I went over what I wanted fixed, the mechanic explained the problems as I went over them with him.During our conversation I did mentioned the bad reviews I read on here and he explained that they had a run of bad luck with help but since had that problem solved, I felt much better after our discussion. I told them I was local and wanted to do my business with locals only. They called me a day early and told me it was ready. When I got there the guy helped me load my mower and went over what was done, even showed me my old parts. Very professional.

Took 5 weeks to get my saw back. Saw looked like nothing had been done to it though the ticket said the fuel line was replaced. At any rate, it still didn't crank. I guess they deserve some benefit of doubt since I did not return it for resolution as I had bought a new saw during the wait. The lady did apologize for the wait when I followed up after 4 weeks.

I took it in on a Thursday and they told me they were backed up and it would be Tuesday before they got to it. On Tuesday I called to see how it was going and the woman said they only had one mechanic and it would be Friday. Friday came and went. and now it is Wednesday 07/31/2013. Two weeks have passed and no call from them. I had my wife call to check the status and they hadn't touched it. They said they would get to it maybe the next day. I said that was it and my wife told them I would be by to pick it up. When I got there they had it sitting out in the rain and the pressure wand was not with it. I saw one on the ground half covered in dirt next their office and asked if that was mine and the elderly woman said she thought it was as the pressure washer was in that area at one time. They offered no apology or explanation. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. I guess any business they get must be friends and family who are not in a rush for anything. They don't respect their customers or their property. Any politeness on their part when I first dropped it off seemed forced. Alarm bells sounded in my head to take my business elsewhere, but I ignored them. That's bad on me for not listening.

We called them on Tuesday afternoon, took it in Wednesday morning at 10am and they had it repaired and ready for pick up at 4pm the same day. They were courteous, fast, and pleasant to deal with. The cost was better than expected. You can't ask for more than that!

Faster than expected, less than estimated, nice folks. Wow.
