Had the roof replaced in 2016. The crew did a fine job and was led by a guy named Stephen Fralish. I understand that since, they've lost their roofing crew. Afterward I asked Stephen if he did paint as well. He had a crew and did a pretty good job. Not sure if this was associated with Zone or not. Stephen pointed out a major structural problem with the doors on my deck and master bath. He struggled with these jobs because of personnel problems and to date (having started March 2017) has failed to complete the job. He's now abandoned me. Avoid Stephen Fralish at all costs. He has a good heart, but is poor at following through.

They installed a new Mini-Split AC/Heating unit into my basement and added some pass-through fans in the walls. They did a great job. They also troubleshooted my Ecobee Thermostat. Would definitely hire them again.

Keith was honest and transparent and I feel I got a good deal on a great product. They also fully backup the work of their technicians, who did phenomenal work in a timely and courteous manner.

Keith offered me an excellent deal, Joe did excellent work installing the air conditioner and Keith followed up in person after the installation to be sure everything was satisfactory.

Very happy I found Zone Home Solutions. I had two other estimates and could do an "apples to apples" comparison. I saved more than $300 over the competitive bids. Within three days (over a weekend) the installers had my new Carrier furnace warming me. I much appreciated that they completely protected my floors and left no traces behind. Immaculate job. Feeling blessed and warm and completely satisfied.

Had an Ecobee thermostat installed - Jason was very professional, honest, and offered excellent pricing for the installation. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I will continue to use his company for all my future HVAC needs.
