Tim explained the process from start to finish his estimate was better than other HVAC company's who offered a product that was a lessor quality unit. I had 4 other quotes before I chose Tim. He answered every question I had, he provided a detailed estimate of the full scope of work he would do with a list of each peice of equipment by model. No hidden extras. I recommend Tim to anyone thinking about or needs service for their HVAC units.

I had been told by another company that it would cost 2-3,000 to fix my AC compressor provided they could find a unit. The other company recommended replacing the entire heat pump & AC instead of repairing it. Tim checked everything & even called to make sure the compressor was still under warranty. He fixed the unit for roughly a quarter of the other quote. It is rare to find someone as honest and with the work ethic that Tim has. I have fired my old company and will be calling Tim Voci for all of my Heat & Air maintenance & repairs in the future. I highly recommend calling him.

Our rental home lost its heat pump over Thanksgiving. It was freezing outside! Our contract company, after days of bumbling around, finally produced a quote. Horrified, we called around. Tim was responsive, straightforward, and honest. We felt very comfortable with his price and his product. He and his crew were punctual, efficient, thorough, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Tim was the first, and fastest, person to respond to my service request. After a short discussion, he was able to give me a verbal quote which was significantly better than two previous quotes. Upon reading his review I was satisfied that his quote was not "too good to be true" because everyone that had worked with Tim was satisfied. But you really never know until you actually get the job done. Here, I can say, I was amazed that Tim installed my HVAC system for hundreds and even thousands less than the other guys wanted. Same equipment too, no short cuts, even top of the line details.

Tim and his crew showed up as scheduled, did a great job, and the price was right. My only complaint is Tim has not responded to my email request for the correct serial number for registering the equipment with the manufacturer.

They were on time and very efficient, everything works great, and I know I can count on them if I have any problems in the future.

He had no crew except 1 full time worker. He didn't stay and work or oversee the work.The unit was not placed at the location he told us it would be placed and the vents cut were crooked and left above the flooring and he didn't clean their mess up and left the booklets in the rain and didn't explain how to use the thermostat. The rooms we requested to ne cooler are not and the other rooms are freezing. They tore my retainer tank up and i have a leak and now have the expense of a plumber.

The man is pathologically honest. Great service for a great price. Tim will be the first guy I all next time I need some work done.

What a great crew,replaced complete system including new duct work. thought it would take them at least a day an a half. but to my surprise they completed the job in a day. Clean up was perfect. Inspected duct work under crawl space they did an outstanding job of of placement.

I am over 50 years old and am a Vice-President of an electronics design and manufacturing facility and I have used many HVAC services in my lifetime. If honesty and trust are important to you Tim Voci and his team are what you are looking for. Tim Voci quotes the job himself and he quotes the job for YOUR needs NOT HIS. His price is the best you are going to find. He also does not try and lock you in by having you sign anything and he does not even ask for a deposit. Tim's business is all OLD SCHOOL; sealed with a handshake! His service is quick. Three days after my quote the Trane 3.5 Ton Outside Heat Pump 14.25 SEER system was completely installed. When the installation takes place, Tim is on the job with his crew the entire time. Everyone on his crew are exceptional in every way. When they were not busy working, I managed to talk with one of his installers and he was very knowledgeable and experienced. The entire team was polite, and they even cleaned up the entire area after they were done. I have never experienced or even heard of a HVAC company that serves the customer the way Tim Voci serves you. Just incredible!

Tim is a man of his word. I actually researched furnaces for three months before deciding on Tim. He was very fair with pricing. He gave me a couple of options to choose from and his recommendations were based on my needs. Tim and his assistants arrived on time. He was there onsite the entire time. The project was completed within the time frame that he estimated. The price was exactly as he quoted. This was a great experience.

Tim and his team are TRUE PROS!! They arrived as scheduled and completed the replacement of a heat pump as agreed. The clean up was spotless. They taught me how to program the control unit for the system and installed it in a new location for my convenience. I have three heat pumps between my guest house and main house. Tim observed an installation error on one unit that had been installed a year earlier and repaired it free of charge. I would never use another HVAC contractor.
