I wasn't sure if we needed a new system or if the old one could be saved. Tim was quite honest in telling us it would be better to fix the existing rather than pressuring us to purchase a new one. He was professional, courteous and very communicative through the entire process. He has a new customer, both for our existing system maintenance and new system when the time comes. I recently used Tim Voci Installations when my HVAC stopped working. I had already paid someone else from a "large, reputable" company to look at it and they did some minor things, charged over $300 dollars and less than 24 hours later, the system stopped working completely. I received a call from Tim that evening after putting in a request through Service Magic. He was polite, listened to my issues with the system, answered my questions and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong with the system and made recommendations on repairing or replacing the system. He did NOT pressure me to buy anything and he couldn't have been more courteous. I felt very confident in his advice and we did decide to replace the unit. The previous company told me it would take another 3 to 4 business days to install the new system. Tim told me exactly how long it would take and when he would be there and when the job would be done and he gave me an estimate on the spot. The system was replaced within 8 hours just as he said and he and his crew were awesome! I WILL use him again and I can't recommend him highly enough. We are extremely pleased with the job Tim did installing a new heat pump and air handler. He is a pleasure to deal with - prompt, honest and very professional. His quote was by far the best we received, and his work is top knotch. Our old system was pretty rough, and there was unexpected work to be done. I was very pleased with the professionalism I received from Tim Voci Installations. He installed the high efficiency heat pump equipment I needed to heat and cool my area. The first thing to do when you need HVAC is to call Tim Voci----then don't waste your time calling anyone else. Tim returns your call immediately. He will meet with you, plan for your special needs, and give you a reasonable price. He is prompt, fast, and cleans up after installation. He recently replaced my 16-year old system covering the main floor and also installed a new heat pump for the finished basement. We have had an opportunity to use both heat and AC since the installations and couldn't be more pleased. TIM IS DEPENDABLE!

Tim's company did an excellent job installing my new heating/air unit. The price was the best out of all the estimates I received (had 4 estimates). They worked hard to get it in quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.
