Two times technician threw chemicals into my pool, damaging my pool liner and fiberglass steps. Technician noted application of liquid broadleaf killer when home video showed he never applied any liquid treatment. Local manager didnâ t return my calls for 2 days. I had to make numerous requests for management contact. Careless service cost me a good deal of money

I had been utilizing this company for several years and didnâ t have an issue until the last 5 months - I had a travel assignment for 4 1/2 months and got a call from my lawn guy who mows my yard â ¦.he had just started back after the winter and stated my back yard was overgrown with weeds and he would need to charge me extra because of how overgrown it was - he stated that there is no way they treated the back yard this year because of how it looked. I had my friend go and look at the back and she agreed it looked horrible. I called unlimited landscaping and filed a complaint . They said they would look into it but stayed later that they found it has been treated because the guy servicing said it was - which he lied about. They continued to charge me for serviced not completed stating it was backdated - whatever that means - I cancelled my card right away and called then - I spoke with â Kalyanâ she was horrible and when I asked to speak with someone higher up she refused to give me a name of someone higher and said no one was there - I said I needed a name so that I could call back later and she refused - trust me Iâ m not done dealing with this - I will write a letter to the head of unlimited landscaping

I personally called in and hired them for a one year weed control service and we explicitly agreed that it will be for one year except I decide to renew. They never kept to that agreement and sent me bills after the one year expired and said that the contract automatically renewed and that I must pay the new bills because they sent me a renewal email which I never saw. They even sent me emails threatening to send my account to collections. That sounded to me like a threat to my credit score and I did not like that at all.

customer service was great over the phone and explained the process and how it should go. A few weeks later i get a call out of the blue saying they were in the area, and I was like dont you suppose to call me a few days in advance. I was not at home plus i was getting my roof replaced and they still came out and did half the job. When i returned home i see why the job was half done, because the roofers had their stuff spread across my yard. So, I asked Unlimited if they can come back and finish the job. One month later they show up, unannounced again and do the same shi--y job as before. I will not be using them in the future and will advise anyone else to, and also remove your credit card off file.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. In March 2023 they came out and pre-treated the lawn for the next growing season. What happened was they laid some chemical on my front lawn and killed the existing grass. Some areas the grass was killed down to the dirt and the remaining lawn was thinned out. The service man must have realized his mistake and stopped using the product because the back and side lawns look great. When I called in April the serviceman said the previous serviceman put down the wrong chemical. He said he would be able to bring back the grass. They only did their scheduled treatments leaving my front lawn in a state of shock. I called, got one manager to come out and look, he said it was scheduled for another treatment and it would be fixed. I waited and called another time got a different manager who came out and said it needed to be areated which it was back in May. They said they would do it at no charge. They did leaving mud (Georgia red clay) all over the driveway and a broken sprinkler head. Their response was rain will wash the mud, everyone knows GA clay stains and well, you should have marked your heads. I waited patiently for the grass to return it did not. Another call and was told they would bring out some sod. They had a guy throw down 1 piece of sod over the largest bald area not roughing up the soil or just adding some topsoil before throwing it down and I asked about some sand in other areas and was told no would not be putting it down. I told him I was concerned that the growing season was closing in and his response was there was plenty of time. One would have thought they would have come out and babied and done whatever was necessary to bring it back my front lawn back. The HOA has been complaining about the condition of the front lawn since April. I just got off the phone with customer service, the girl was very good and totally understood my issue especially seeing all the photos. She was authorized to waive their $40 treatment fee...... Are you kidding me! I cancelled my service and will be shopping for a new vendor. I will have the new vendor do a sample test and possibly look into legal actions as well. I have lost the growing season for burmuda grass. I wish there was a way of attaching photos so you can see April to September and judge for yourself.

There is a reason for the bad reviews, I used this companys weed removal service for a year in 2018, and my weeds were getting more and more. Calling customer service was ignored, and I decided not to use their service immediately, After a year was up, I did not sign a contract with them again, they continued to send people, I called them again and said I did not need your services anymore, and after two months they billed me, I Did not pay and they handed it over to a debt collection agency, the worst company I have ever seen.

Buford location. They sprayed some weeds and killed circles of grass in front yard in the the spring. They sent a manager (?) out an said they were going to bring a grass expert to see what had killed the grass in such a strange pattern. I was going on vacation the next day but told them they could call me on my cell and tell me their findings. Never heard anything back. The grass eventually grew back in and they did the SAME thing so I called and cancelled. There were a couple of dead weeds in each circle of dead grass. One of our staff told me the technician came to our door and asked what kind of grass we had (zoysia). When I cancelled the woman said a cancellation team member would call me. Instead I get a call that I owe them for the last month of service. The one where they KILLED my grass?? I personally know good help is hard to find right now, but if you can not send someone out who will not kill the grass, just reduce your customer base so as not to ruin a lawn that customers work so hard to maintain!

Unlimited Lawn Care is a CROOKED COMPANY! Unlimited Lawn care Technician LIED saying he serviced my property. Unbeknownst to him, I have cameras all around my house. I reached out to Unlimited Lawn to dispute the charges and send video proof of them never servicing my lawn. I requested at that time to STOP ALL services until this matter was corrected. I was assured that this information would be noted in their system. Less than a week later they called leaving a message that they would be servicing my lawn. I called back the same day and spoke to another person explaining the entire situation asking them to STOP all services. She saw the photos that I sent, she said she would get it resolved and call me back. I NEVER heard back from her. Though I received another bill for service. I asked to STOP servicing my lawn because the initial issue was not resolved. This morning someone calls me saying that this is their last time calling me before they send my account to collections... I was discombobulated as to why she would call me threatening me when UNLIMITED LAWN CARE fraudulently charged me for a service that WAS NEVER PROVIDED. Then after I asked for the service to be stopped they came out anyway not fixing the 1st issue but trying to charge me after I requested the service stopped. I need this resolved! THEY SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS !! This company LIES to their customers. They do not correct their false unethical ways of doing business I WILL SUE this company because they sent my account to collections and THEY NEVER DID THE WORK!!! I HAVE A FULL DAY OF VIDEO FOOTAGE WHICH I SENT PROOF OF AND THEY WOULD NOT CORRECT THEIR WRONG.

They never sprayed the complete area that we agreed to. The worker moved so fast, he did a poor job in the area they sprayed. They killed a few flowers in my flower beds. They canceled over four weeks ago and asked for the balance of my annual payment, and so far I have been ignored.

If you love your yard, honesty do not do business with them. We started with them back on June 20th to try them out. The guy came by and ran thru the yard quicker than water down a hill, then he left a memo on the door stating he has done everything required. I was at home while my fiance was at work and told him the guy did not treat anything. He told me that he was supposed to. My fiance called to have it hashed out since the guy lied stating he did what he told him, we canceled. We sent the video from all angles with times showing the roadrunner. We were going to get a refund for the services since half was done. Now it is July 20th (was told get refund in 5-7 days back to June 22nd, just got it after making two calls.) My fiance spoke to them when we noticed we did not get the amount refunded from the contract. Adrian (defensive professional) told him they do not honor or guarantee money back at all, just do service again. Well, we did not want him back out. She stated we did not give them a chance to make it right. If it is our first time and a lie is done, no going back. She pretty much told him we got your money and since you did not stay with us you are screwed. She defended the lie by saying the spot treatment was infused in the granules and they were strong. No, we were promised spot treating. My fiance said Carol was very nice and professional. The picture is when he claimed he covered everything with granules, they still defended him.

They did two treatments on my shrubs, now they are dying. I had the manager come out, and he asked me what kind of shrubs I have? I thought that was his job? He was going to look in on it for me. Never called back and when I called him, he was rude, yelled at me and hung up. Real customer service. This was the Buford location.

Stay away from this company! First contact was brief and they took my credit card information and billed. Then called me back and said it would be 2 weeks before they could aerate my lawn. Date came and nobody showed up. Their communication is horrible. Never did complete the work. Had to call back and get a credit on my card. As I said at the beginning stay away from this company. One of the worst I have ever dealt with.
