Early 2014, I was very happy with service rendered by Mr Eric Ridgepoint. Not only was the actual roofing done well, the company did a thorough inspection of the hail damage to the roof but also the entire house, to include the vinyl siding and all relevant parts of the structure. To say I was impressed with excellent performance would be an understatement.

Over the last two months I have had three random roofers knock on my door stating they could replace my roof for less than $15k and I would not have to pay my deductible. My home is only two years old so I know that my roof is worth $12k but I just didn't feel comfortable with these roofers. I did notice that seven other roofs in my development had been replaced by The Roof Clinic but it was strange that they never came to my home so I called them. They came to my house the same day and did an awesome FREE roof inspection and checked for leaks and gave me a nice report with it. Thank goodness they found no leaks, but my roof was covered in hail damage. I couldn't believe they were able to replace my roof for a little over $10k and they explained to me how it was important that I pay my deductible to avoid insurance fraud. I was very thankful for their honesty, that made me want to work with them even more. I had my roof put on in one day, and what was so awesome is that the roof inspector came back out for a quality review to make sure everything was done right. I did not expect that! When I woke up to get ready for work I notice a medium size water stain in the center of my family room ceiling which was not there the night before and we had just had heavy rains. My husband checked out the roof and noticed several shingles cracked and lifted around the chimney and throughout the roof. We had no ideal what to do next so we googled roofers in the area and The Roof Clinic came up so we called them at 6:45 AM in the morning and someone answer ! We spoke with Eric who is one of the roofing inspectors and he asked a lot of questions and told us not to worry he would inspect while we were at work and have a analysis to us by mid-day on what we needed. I had a report in my email by 12:45 PM. Recommending the full roof be replaced due to wind damage with an estimate. I talked with Eric and he recommended filing an insurance claim where he could meet with the adjuster at my home to reinspect the damage and the replacement needed. He was on-time for the inspection, the roof was approved and he was actually a preferred vendor for Nationwide who is my insurance carrier which made the process even easier. My roof was replaced in 1 day and the interior water stains painted over my house looks wonderful again. The company hand walked me through everything and without hesitations I would use them again.
