I waited an hour and a half, left five messages, and never received an return call to let me know the reason for the delay/no show.I scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance because it was very important. They should've called if they needed to reschedule or to tell me that they were going to be late. They didn't. Failure to call is unprofessional, discourteous, and inconsiderate of my time. I wasted a whole day waiting for them. Their failure to show has caused me a great deal of extra work and I am very displeased. I would think twice before I hired a company that failed to honor their obligations and didn't have the courtesy to even call. I wish I would've read the customer complaints before I hired them, I would've been forewarned.

I purchased a promotional coupon to have this company provide 3 hrs of housecleaning (60% off regular price). You have to check the open schedule online and book an appt. rather than call on the phone. Weekends weren't available for 2 months, so I planned a Thursday (and decided to take a personal day from work) since I was having out of town company come on Friday. I received an email confirmation, and I exchanged a couple more emails to add an hour, check about supplies, etc. They were supposed to come today at 9 a.m. At 9:30 I called the company to check. No matter how many times you call, you can't get a real person or have the option to hold for one...you have to leave a message. I thought maybe they forgot the extra hour and wanted to know if they were planning on coming at 10. At 10:30 I called again and left another message asking where they were and let them know I was waiting. Finally, at 11:30 I gave up. I emailed them, and still after 6 hours have not received an email or call back to any of my messages. I called the place I got the coupon from, and they weren't able to reach the company either so they gave me a credit for what I spent on the coupon. The company's website is still up. I thought it looked good, but the actual experience and the lack of customer service now doesn't match up. Recommend be careful!
