+ -1 morePool maintenance since 2008 is fine Pool pump repair iin 2013 was ok, although they left the pool pump running for 24/7 for a month while I was gone. Left service papers at the front door although I asked them not to Responsiveness to emails regarding an urgent matter non existing!

Description of Work: We have used Sunrise in the past, and got a quote from them to do some possible work on our pool. We have put off that work and changes, but will call them when we are ready to move forward. We have used them in the past, and been very pleased with their work, and feel they were very fair and reputable.

+ -1 moreI called Sunrise based on strong reviews. They were very accommodating to set up a weekend appointment for the estimate. The owner came out himself on a Saturday and spent more than an hour looking over the pool and listening to what I wanted to accomplish. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was going to come back out to complete measurements and investigate options for us to complete the work. They did come back to look at the pool about a week later. I contacted them several times via email and phone to understand when I would receive the estimate. Each time they were very polite and said they were working on it. After more than 5 weeks and multiple attempts, I finally gave up contacting them for the estimate. It was obvious that they had entered the busy season and did not have time for the work I needed completed. Sunrise has a good reputation and I am sure they do great work. However, I unfortunately never got to witness it.

With visible leaks, maintenance delayed and poor choices in equipment, our pool is in obvious need of TLC. After Mike's visit and a visit by his service manager, Bo, I am confident that our pool is in good hands. We look forward to learning about our pool and having a long relationship with Sunrise Pools.

+ -1 moreSunrise Pool was very nice and responsive to servicing our pool. We recently purchased a house that had a pool and needed help with maintaining it until we closed it. Sunrise made it very easy to set everything up and showed up on there scheduled time. They closed the pool with no problems and sent me a bill. Sunrise made everything easy.
