Awesome, nothing but good things to say about this company. They did everything they said they would and were very professional. I am very happy!

What happened was the minimum cost of the job was higher than I was prepared to pay. That was not well advertised on the special. So they came out and we discussed what was involved. I declined the offer -- it was much too high, even though it was a special and there were a certain number of dollars off. He was competent and upfront. The only thing was when I asked about the minimum he would not say anything about it. The web page does not have that on it. Their minimum is $700. Even with the special the minimum would have cost me $450, which is still too high because now I have another vendor not related to Angie's List for $300. They provided the estimate and that was it. They were professional and the estimate was quite detailed. In the future to get a higher grade from me they should advertise the minimum cost for a job.

Alex is on time, on budget and great quality. He is flexible, he and his crew are on time and come prepared to do the work quickly, neatly and professionally. I have used this firm for 4+ years. He personally supervises the crew and makes certain you're happy before anyone leaves the job site. No job is too small or too big amd he is a pleasure to work with.

It went perfectly. Communication with Alex was quick and responsive through either phone, text or email. I had told him I had to get HOA approval before work could proceed, and when I did, he scheduled us within the next few days. His crew arrived punctually in the morning, very professional and friendly. They made sure how to ask how their work would impact neighbor and made sure that they were able to work around our neighbor's needs (some of the trees were on the property line next to their driveway). The original work was to be 3 trees and stumps removed and a fourth trimmed. I wanted to add a 4th tree to remove, and he gave me a really good price on the spot. As the day progressed, he noticed a 5th tree that was leaning over our roof, and a 100ft pine that was rotted out at the base which I hadn't noticed. Again, he gave me a good price for these additional trees and we agreed on those as well. His crew was very efficient, and even came back the following morning to complete the final tree. They cleaned everything up, including our neighbor's yard and driveway which at one point was covered by a blanket of wood chips and sawdust. When they left it was spotless. I would definitely use them in the future, and probably will.

Alex and his crew were incredible. From the start, Alex was very responsive with his excellent quote and answering my questions. He set a day/time and showed up as promised. His crew was extremely helpful, they even moved unrelated heavy material just to be nice. They were professional, polite, and respectful. I would use them again in a heart beat!

The work that was performed was amazing. Alex came out gave me an estimate and we agreed on the date. He showed up with his crew as agreed. They did the work and cleaned up beautifully. I am very pleased. I had been trying to find someone to do the work within a responsible price. This company surpassed my expectations.

Did not go well. Purchased a deal for $300 of tree work. Was contacted by the vendor and they informed me that it was only $300 of a $650 minimum to even come out in their truck. This was not laid out in their deal and I do not feel that it was an honest mistake - or was their communication professional. Skip this one by.

Alex and his crew did a fine job on my property. I had a downed tree spanning a fence plus a few others that needed to go. Alex answered all my questions, made reasonable recommendations, and I feel gave me a fair price. He and his crew showed up early, completed all the agreed upon work, and did a great job with the cleanup. I recommend Sharper Edge and would definitely use them again if the need arises. Did not use this company. The ad stated that $99 for $350 of tree service. Once I purchased the plan, the owner called to schedule the appointment. He stated the following to me via email: "Thank you for purchasing the Angie's list offer. I would be happy to meet with you and go over the details of your job and let you know what the pricing would be. Our minimum for tree work is $650 to which the Angie's list offer of $350 can be subtracted from" I cancelled because my work request would have been minimum and the AD never mentioned the company's minimum $650 tree service? I did call and discuss this with Angie's list. The AD should have mentioned the minimum $650 tree service.

Our experience with Sharper Edge TreeCare was AMAZING. Alex provided us with a quote quickly after I called him. His crew arrived 10 minutes early the day of the removal and they were extremely polite, efficient and safe in removing the trees....both for themselves and our home. They worked all day to complete the work and I will only use them in the future when I need more work done. They were professional and cleaned up the driveway afterwards so well you would never now that it had been covered by trees a few hours prior. The cost for the service provided was fantastic and I can't say enough about them. Alex was on site supervising the whole day and he jumped in and did a lot of the work himself. They were the most reasonable quote I received after 4 quotes and I will use them in the future for anything else that I need. Top notch.

Alex and his team were great. From day one when I reached out, Alex was responsive and easy to work with. On the day of the trimming, he and his crew were on time and completed the job thoroughly. Alex walked me through the plan in the beginning and after work was completed to ensure my satisfaction. The crew was attentive and meticulous- I watched them pick up each and every limb and tiny stick that they encountered. Alex also went a step above to inspect an area of the roof that I was concerned about due to a limb growing under a shingle. Price was phenomenal - with the Angie's List discount, $1,000 less than the first company quote we received. Would recommend them all around - service, quality, cost.

Service was not performed. After paying the $99 promo fee, the vendor then required an additional $350 before any work could be performed....DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

It was fine. The basic work was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Alex and his crew were on-time. They were pleasant to deal with. They were respectful of our neighbors when they had to go get debris out of their yards. They cleaned-up the HUGE mess that taking down 14 trees makes. They were lowest priced tree service that we got quotes from. They added some tree trimming work for minimal additional fees. They cut some beautiful pieces for us out of the larger stump. They were just all-around great to work with. We were more than thrilled with their work and would definitely use them in the future.

Alex came and gave me the quote. He was very good about discussing the different options we had and the benefits of each. He gave me a written quote before he left, which is something because I never actually got a written quote from one of the companies that came out. On the downside they were scheduled to be there between 11am and 1pm. I got a call close to 1PM that they wouldn't be able to make it until around 3PM. I was given the opportunity to reschedule. I also got a text at 2:30 saying they would be there in 25 minutes and that was just about when they arrived. The crew were very good about clearing all our belongings off the deck before starting. They did a very nice job getting the limbs down without hitting the deck. They did an awesome cleanup job. Really, the deck and back yard looked better when they finished then when they started. The entire crew was friendly yet professional. They were also the least expensive quote by $100.

He was here on time, job took one hour, they mulched the trees and drove around to backyard to put mulch where we wanted it. They completely cleaned up!! The price was incredible, the crew was wonderful and friendly, and the work was superb!!!

Prompt, professional, and cleaned up when completed. Unable to grind stumps until the next day so Alex did not charge the total amount until the job was finished.

Alex was extremely professional and responsive - the job was completed within 2 days of first contact. My decision to go with Sharper Edge to do the work was largely because the pricing was the best among 4 providers I had asked for quotes. The job was very well done in a very timely and efficient manner. The crew truly went above and beyond expectations!
