They ruined the hardwood floor in our foyer with whatever chemicals and/or steam mop they used. We contacted them to let them know within 20 minutes after they left. They sent someone out to look. We were very pleasant to them and explained we are not the kind of people that would try to take advantage. We finally asked the owner to come out to look rather than the workers. Finally the owners did come out to look after several emails. Several days went by after their visit they communicated to us the stain was already there. We have neighbors that can back up that these stains were not here before they cleaned our home.
