My project lasted three weeks. The work crew showed up on time and everyday. Communication with RPC was excellent and was the third and lowest quote that received. My project turned out much better than I expected and I will use RPC again.

The concrete repair of my boat ramp was a challenging Job. The Ramp was 300 feet from the street and they needed to first break up the old ramp to repair and repave it. All of the work was done quickly and the repair was excellent.

The project was done in a timely manner but the start date was delayed due to permitting issues which was out of their hands

Rob and his crew screened in my existing patio and it looks great. Rob did a good job of suggesting nice touches to really knock it out of the park, and even took into account my future plans of where to put a concrete pad and grill in the future and incorporated that into the patio design. His crew did a great job, and was very quiet and diligent. Overall great work!

Rob and his team were a pleasure to work with. They worked with excellence and Speed. They always did what they said they were going to do. Their bid was professionally produced, very complete, and very fairly priced. Our home looks beautiful!

Rob and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. I had a concrete pad poured under a screened in porch. Additionally they pressure washed our house. We are definitely going to call Rob the next time we need a home improvement.

Rob Papp (RPC Properties) provided a bid, I accepted the bid, we established a start date then he did not deliver on the work. Rob is a GC and does not do the actual work as he contracts it out. Make sure during the proposal process that you have the actual contractor doing the work involved in every discussion and step of the bidding process.

I had Rob build some stairs at our lake lot so we could access the boat and lake. The experience was very positive from beginning to end with Rob and his team. He communicated well and followed up as expected. The quality of work and timeliness made a very smooth and enjoyable project.

I had a great experience working with Rob and his crew. They worked quickly, were very polite, and Rob visited every morning to check the job progress. They prepped and painted the exterior of my home, replaced some rotten trim, and corrected the gutters. They also stained my deck. I have a few other major projects coming up and I will definitely hire RPC again.

I had an odd project. Not only did I need deck repair, but gutters replaced. Rob worked with me the whole time. There were customizations that needed problem solving solutions like reinforcement, gravel rocks under my hot tub. Basically, anything I could dream up, Rob and his team always did their best to make sure I was satisfied. To me, thatâ s priceless. Weâ re really happy with our new deck and porch. Iâ m definitely using Robâ s help for some more projects next year. Highly recommend RPC.

The Super intendant was always available and their crew did a Fabulous job on our Now very large deck. I highly recommend this Company for all of my remodel needs!!!
