+ -1 moreMy upstairs AC unit has went out on Sunday. I had called Ray on Monday morning and they had come to the house around 10am. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was able to identify the problem, fixed the problem and was helpful enough to explain to me what I needed to do to keep the units running properly. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very fair. I would definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: Added freon Replaced the A/C Capacitor Replaced 2 air filters

+ -1 moreHe was on time. He told me he would be there in less than an hour and he was. He repaired the units quickly and had the parts with him. He even cleaned up a mess that he did not create !! His prices were fair (better than fair) he was clear about what he was going to do and did it. He is in my contact list and he will always be the only AC and Heat guy I will ever call.
Description of Work: Ray has been out three times for three unrelated issues. Once last year after a leak fouled a coil. Last week when our pump failed and last Friday when the upstairs unit started blowing hot.

+ -1 moreI thought $80 for his time and service was very reasonable. Very pleasant man. Prompt, courteous. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend him to any of my friends.
Description of Work: He cleaned and checked A/C. Freon was okay but capacitor was just under recommended level. He said it was my choice whether to replace it. I thought 15 years for a $40 capacitor was a pretty good deal so I elected to replace it. Furnace was clean.

I've always been very satisfied with the work that he's done and he actually installed the heating and air conditioning unit that I have in my home right now. I would definitely recommend him to others.
