Took two days to hear back from the scheduler. After finally getting in touch with Hope, I told her specifically that I was at work and how long it would take me to to get home. She advised this was fine. Hours later I call her back as she did not confirm if or when they would be there. She then advised that they were already en route. I advised and reminded her that I informed her earlier how long it would take to get home and I would not be there at the same time if they were already on the way. She said she would let them know. I arrive at home after getting off work early for the appointment and no one was there. I called her back and she advised there was nothing she could do and that she didn't hear when I said how long it would take me to get home in the initial call. Perhaps it was her screaming children in the background. Very unprofessional. Poor scheduling. Poor service. Will never use them again!!!!! Run!!!!! UPDATE: Chris called back hours later trying to be cute saying "We missed you." He showed lack of accountability or responsibility for their terrible scheduler. Still have not heard from Tony or an apology for wasting my time. I found another company that got here within 20 minutes after this company's debacle, did what they would have done, and a monthly maintenance plan for $15 more than the total they would have charged for this "summer tune up." DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. You can find far better quality of service and price from other metro companies.

I had them once before. They're very good. They did the outside unit and the inside unit. They came really soon. My air conditioner quit, just quit. They came right away, and they were very good. They put me in a new one as soon as they could. I was gone on vacation so; they had to wait til I came back. They did great. They were prompt, they were very prompt. They did a good job. They were very professional. The guy put those little footie things on his feet before he came into my house, not everybody does that.

The people who came to work on the air-conditioning were just plain incompetent. Started talking about maybe having to replace the units (which are barely 7 years old). Had multiple trips but really could not figure out the real issue. Invited another company later and they were able to fix the air-conditioning units immediately and its still working now.

This is the provider we used for installation of a new Trane AC Unit ~3 years ago. We have maintained a yearly maintenance contract with this provider since purchase of our new unit. This summer we had cooling issues with the unit that prompted a service call earlier in the summer. The tech that came out completely missed a gap in the seal between duct and plenum that was causing problems. After we found this problem ourselves we had to call the provider to return the next day to resolve the issue. Yesterday we had a total failure of the unit, and the provide has been unable to get us a tech within 1 day, and will not be able to respond to our outage for at least 48 hours.

I was proactively replacing my downstairs HVAC system (it was a frankenstein of parts, with the oldest being over 20 years). I also was planning on redoing some duct work so I could finish 2 rooms. I solicited 5 bids from area HVAC contractors. Pruitt was originally the cheapest, but quoted fiberglass plenums. After changing to sheet metal plenums, he was "2nd lowest" bidder. Wes Hyder from Pruitt was prompt in his appointment, and was very thorough in explaining the statement of work. There was one AC return duct that was in a tough spot. Other bidders wanted to simply "cancel it" and cut new holes into the living space. Wes was the one person who came up with a truly creative method to work in that return that would not impede the air flow to any significant degree. For this reason, I awarded bid to Pruitt. So in the end, they installed a new Trane 2 ton compressor, new coil and furnace inside. They redid some vent pipe work, and rerouted just about all of my return and supply ducts. Lastly, they got rid of my old fiberglass plenums and replaced with new sheet metal. Also, included in the price was a full health check of my existing upstairs system, and it will also be covered for the first year of maintenance on the new system. (Other vendors didn't include my upstairs zone in their price for first year's maintenance). The crew, Rex and Ryan, were very hard workers and were very good to chat with explaining to me what was going on during the job. (I like to be nosy and hang out and watch the work). All in all, I was happy to support this local, small family-run business.
