Polite, timely & took time to talk with me about situation.

I had alot of mosquitos in my backyard they came and sprayed and absolutely not one mosquitos afterwards. I free great because don't have to apply spray when going into the yard. He also pointed out some mosquito breeding spots that I never thought about. He treated the bird fountains in my yard also. I like the fact the entire perimeter of my yard was treated.

Everything went smoothly - no complaints.

I signed up for a yearly contract (quarterly service) with RIA Solutions last Sept. and have been very happy with them. I was a little concerned to begin with since they said they primarily do the outdoors. Initially they do both inside and outside. But afterwards, they only do the inside on request. I didn't think only doing the outside would work as well. I'm happy to report I haven't seen any roaches which is my biggest fear! I have a phobia about them, and I have a lot of pine straw around. Bugs are almost non-existent. It has been a pleasure working with them. The guys are professional and nice. The front office is helpful and nice. They call ahead to let me know when they'll be out and they knock on the door to ask if there are any problems, even if they are only doing the outside. I highly recommend RIA Solutions!

The guy was there quite early to do the external inspection before I arrived. So we had to do that again so he could point out everything to me. He ended up noticing a few more things when we did. Next came the inside inspection. After he would inspect a room, I would go in after. I found about 4 or 5 items that he missed this way. He was very focused in his inspection. He also did not take the inspection cover off the evaporator in the furnace to check the coil. Nor did he do a load test on the a/c condenser unit outside. He also didn't check the water pressure, and I did it myself, after borrowing his tool, and noticed low water pressure. He was very professional and was pretty easy going when talking. His report was much more detailed than I though initially. This company does not walk on the roof. The price above includes a $25 coupon, found on their web site. I've had a better inspection for cheaper. I would consider this inspection more of a helper to me, to find things that I miss, not for inexperienced buyers or non-handymen.

Service specialist showed up on time and was very courteous. We have almost no insect issues since their visit.

So far I have been very pleased with the service. The inspector was very detailed and provided me with the documentation and information I needed. I have received followup calls and am looking forward to getting the service completed.

Everything went great, I was very pleased with how the situation worked out. He not only did the job but also explained to me what it is and how the sentricon system works.

They provided an inspection and put out traps but no rodents were found in the traps they put out. I don?t recall any issues with scheduling. They were not able to help us; it should be made clearer that the work is only guaranteed for a year.

RIA does an excellent job! Customer service is professional, friendly & knowledgeable as are the servicing agents. Service is at our convenience & they are always prompt. RIA uses the newest & most effective treatments & are spot on for our needs before there is a need.. We've never had termite activity & what very few 'bugs' we find are dead. Treatments are available for the different pest seasons...e.g.: mosquito and for other problem areas like fungus. As customers for over 5 years, we highly recommend RIA to everyone!

Well...I didnt see much of an imporvement, so I did it again a week later with better results. I also had a free estimate done a few days later to fix any openings that rodents etc could enter the premise. Estimate was suppose to be sent to my email...never received it. Also estimate given at the time was WAY too high! I called another company for another estimate and the price was ALOT more reasonable with doing the same job.

I purchased the $99 pest special and am very pleased. The men that came to the house were very nice and knowledgeable. Traps were put out the first visit plus we were advised what we needed to have done to keep the critters out and the price. 2nd trip 4 critters were taken away. Third trip no critters. I will be calling them back.

It was seamless. They did what they had to do and we haven't had any mosquitos since.

I was very impressed with the first phone call. The lady was friendly and could answer all my questions intelligently. I wanted to know about a yearly contract and that I was concerned about this new way of doing things; spraying outside only. I was told they do an initial inside/outside and then outside only for each additional quarter, but will do inside if I request. The service guy was quite nice and knowledgeable. He did a quite thorough job both outside and inside and in the attic. I have been very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

Jake is great; he explains exactly what is involved, and is very professional about performing the treatment. He is quick, but thorough. In the two months since the monthly treatments started, we have seen fewer than a dozen mosquitoes, and I may have been bitten twice. Previously, I would have been bitten twice just walking outside. Even though the service can be performed without anyone home, I like to know when someone is at my house. RIA calls to inform me the business day before the service will be performed, but they can't provide a window for when the technician will arrive. I feel confident with RIA performing any pest control service, and will definitely use them in the future.

Application was quick. Results were acceptable. We noticed a reduction in our mosquito problem. I believe that it would take multiple applications to sigificantly reduce the mosquitos.

Notice decrease of mosquito immediately after the treatment. I was told it will last the rest of the summer. However, the mosquito come back a few weeks later even stronger then before. I would seek different approach than spray for long term solution.

RIA Solutions called to remind me of my appointment. They arrived on time. They performed the requested services. The gentleman that came out was very nice, very professional and explained to me what he was going to do and then afterwards, he explained what he did do. I went out the next evening in the back yard for a couple of hours and not one single mosquito got on me and the week before about 5 or 6 at a time would bite me! Much improved! I will use this service on a regular basis beginning again in the spring. Very pleased.

RIA Solutions was great to work with and the inspector was very friendly and informative. The inspector showed up right on time. He walk us through every part of the house and pool and made recommendations. The report was sent within 24hrs of him completing the inspection. He also answered some additional questions I had through email very promptly. If you are looking for a reliable and professional inspection service for your new house purchase . scheduling was fast. technician arrived on time...was prompt, courteous, and professional. prior to treatment, I could only stand outside for 5 minutes without getting attacked. today, I stood outside for over an hour and I have not been bitten once! will definitely use again

First treatment was ineffective. Provider returned to retreat.

Two different groups do the different treatments and both do a good job. We had rats in the attic once, which can be difficult to get rid of. The company kept working solutions until the rats were gone.
