After a few days the cockroaches were all dead and gone. We haven't seen one since Skyline came out. We'd highly recommend them and plan to have them out again this year for preventative care.

They did originally set me up for a membership so I called them and they corrected it. We still had problems so they came back and fixed it.

Overall did a good job. Came out and sprayed. The first time, the problem wasn't 100% fixed, so I called for them to come back. There were some challenges getting hold of the person, but I think he was on vacation. He apologized for that, came out and resprayed at no charge. We have not had any problems since. Very professional and they backed up their guarantee. The communication was a little challenged, as noted, but understandable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We used them as a courtesy to the person we bought the home from but they ended up being the best, most professional and courteous team so we stayed with them.

It went okay. It took them a while to come out and get everything set up. The pricing is market pricing.

The problem was it was the end of the season. So it was hard to tell if it made an impact or not. I will give them one more chance.

It seemed to work very well. Don't need them as late as they came in the year, but they said that they were changing that.

The technician was punctual, courteous, answered my questions. He was quick to finish his work. And most importantly the spraying worked. We saw a marked improvement over the mosquito population in the past years.

I cancelled the last two or three months. First, the company started in March when it was still cold and no mosquitoes were present. I could not go out into the yard ( even during midday) without getting bitten by mosquitoes during the mosquito seasonst The aim was so that I could go out all the time. ity who told me that thee was a strain of mosquitoes where the spraying did not help. I got very frustrated and cancelled the last months as I was not at home.AT no time was I told that the year 2015 was very bad for mosquitoes ( it would have made a lot of difference.) I spoke with somebody in a decision making capacity and he explained everything; too late for me.

Excellent service. Jake was right on time and extremely courteous. He explained in detail what he was doing and what he was seeing evidence of.

They came out immediately and they said the every quarter would be higher. It wasn't going to be the same price. We got a better deal from another company and we took it. The price that they quoted me wasn't good. They didn't charge me any extra. I thought it was going to be the same price every quarter and it wasn't. The person took his time and was very polite. I don't know about the quality of the work. The price was good. It would depend on the price of the service that they offer.
