We could not be more pleased with the terrific service provided to us by RIA Solutions of Buford, GA. In this age of customer "no service", it was a delight to deal with a very professional company. Starting with Amy in the office, with a very pleasant voice and demeanor, to Jake the service technician, we were very impressed. Amy easily scheduled us with a convenient time for the application and sent us a reminder email the day before Jake was scheduled out. Jake called the morning of the appointment and arrived right on time. Jake took time with me discussing mosquito control in this area and the service RIA was going to provide. We had not been able to use our back yard at all this summer without getting "eaten alive" by mosquitoes. That evening we enjoyed sitting in our backyard without a single mosquito bite. We have not had any problems with the mosquitoes since. This was money well spent. Happy to share with all about this good deal.

We found RIA at a time when we were desperate to find a quality company. We had problems with flying squirrels in the attic. They had made a huge mess and were chewing wires causing significant damage. After interviewing several companies for their exclusion service, we were glad to find RIA. First, they were the most thorough and checked in crawl spaces where they found more evidence of infestation. No other company thought to check there because they were only focussed on the attic...and they all gave us higher quotes! RIA is definitely a better value. They're not inexpensive but they're definitely priced better than most without compromise. They scheduled us quickly, arrived on time with a quality team and supervisor and went above and beyond. Without asking, they sprayed sanitizer, helped clean up and even out our insulation, found and carefully stacked some dresser drawers (left over from previous owner) and they were the ones who discovered the chewed wires! The other companies missed those too. My electrician showed me the wire damage after he replaced it and it was significant. A week later, our home is sealed, safe and clean. RIA is thoughtful, professional and VERY knowledgeable and we're sticking with them!!

They are always very pleasant. They return phone calls and call to verify appointments. With three homes, every now and then there may be a small hiccup, but they always take care of it. I have no complaints at all.

They do good and regular service for us. The young man that comes out is just stellar. It blows my mind that he feels relegated to crawling under my house to check for termites. He must love his work and is meticulous.The way he conducts himself, he should have his own company frankly. His name is Danial and he is stellar.

We have just started with them. They have been out once so far to check the traps. They were here on time. They did what they said they would. I have been very pleased with the service so far. The pricing was really good compared to others I had looked into.
