Job went very well. They were on time with everything that they needed. They did a very efficient job and use quality material. The whole job was finished in a day.

Great! The crew was fast and professional. The quality of the materials was excellent. When the work was finished, site clean-up and "junk" removal was complete. I would definitely use Pennington Fence again.

The whole process was excellent. Needed to have a new fence installed to be code compliant with new pool and replace worn out rotting fence. Quote was fast and competitive. Work had to be done quickly (within 2 weeks) which Pennington did. Fence was tight fit and finish and all gates worked perfectly. Can't complain!

A gentleman came out to inspect our wooden fence for a repair. He was expedient and nice and told me he would give me an estimate for a repair and another one for replacement the next day. I did not receive any contact and had to call Pennington the next week to follow up. I received the quote that day via email for the replacement, but not the repair. He stated that he would speak with the owner and get me the quote for repair, yet that never came. I sent another email to follow up and still have not heard anything a week later. Very bad customer service that resulted in Pennington losing the job.

Did exactly what we had discussed.They stayed until the job was complete, about 12 hours. Very professional.

Wonderful Experience. While not the total cheapest. For a all in one fence company they were the best.

Eric made sure everything went smoothly once we understood what can and can't be done. Chico and Jose worked through bad weather to make sure the install was perfect. The office was also a joy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

The installers were great. Showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They had to clear the area and at the end they very helpful and cleaned up the site entirely. Bruce (Salesman) came out before the installers started and we walked to project and made sure all questions were answered and everyone had a good idea of what was expected. Overall Pennington Fence was great. I worked to get quotes from two other companies in the area. One didn?t respond or communicate well. The other would not offer to clear the area and clean up. Pennington responded to my questions quickly and kept me informed of the schedule. I would recommend Pennington Fence for any fence project.

We went with Pennington because we knew a neighbor that had used them and had a good experience. We got 3 fence quotes, with Pennington being the cheapest (slightly). They worked all day for 2 days and were very friendly. After they were completed, we realized we didn't like the gate design we chose and asked them to change it (they had done it correctly, we just realized a different design would look better). The workers didn't seem bothered and quickly replaced the boards with a different design. Overall, the fence turned out beautiful at a good price. Would happily use them again.

I moved into my new house in March and needed to fence my back yard. Two of my neighbors already had fences, so I was merely tying into their existing fences. Pennington gave came out, measured and gave a quote. I was in a bit of a hurry since I needed a fence for the dogs. They were able to accommodate a site visit and free quote within 3 days of calling them; and were only scheduling 2 weeks out. Several of the other fence companies I contacted were quoting 3-4+ weeks out for work. I asked Pennington how they were able to complete the work in such short notice (getting a little worried that everyone else was working so far out) and they replied that they keep the same staff on year round and don't have to rehire and ramp up workers every season. Like this year, since it was warm earlier in the year, other companies were caught of guard getting busy earlier in the season than expected. Pennington was able to keep up with the demand since they already had people on staff. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Since it was only 65', the guys were finished in 3 hours. Would definitely recommend the folks at Pennington.

Bid was competitive, personnel professional and all work satisfactory.

The estimator was very professional even helping us identifying our irrigation system since we had just bought the house. The fencers arrived promptly everyday and started working immediately. Very well done fence!

My only complaint is that the guy did the estimate did not show up - luckily I was there to explain about the details. The two guys did the actual installation seemed very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and worked really hard to get it done well. We made a few minor changes last minute, all of which were kindly accommodated. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend their service in fence installation.

The install went great till they cut the electric pet fence wire after being made aware of such wire several times (a $125 repair). They also refused to take the limbs they had cut and left them laying in my yard. Also, the boss man at the office was rather condescending on the phone when I called to discuss the Pet Fence issue. Other than that, the fence is great. But I won't ever use them again in the future. Props to the receptionist and Brandon!

Pennington provided the type of service one would want from a professional. They recommended a steel fence for the back based on their insights to the topography and the impact the occasional rains would have on an aluminum fence in that area. They recommended aluminum for the sides knowing they would do just fine. Bothe fences look great. The gates are perfect. They executed when they said they would. Just a great experience.

Received quote on the spot. Was scheduled a few weeks out but then got bumped to sooner date. This fence far exceeds what I expected. We have even referred our builder to Pennington. The two guys who did the fence were awesome. No whining when it started raining a little and great quality. Don't think we'll need any new fences but would use them in the future without hesitation. Also will reco at every opportunity.

Very professional. Price was good but not the best but I trusted them the most. I'm glad I went with them.

He explained his vision of a replacement fence which although nice did not conform to the S/D fence design. I persisted that it must look the same as all my neighbors in the zero lot line development. He promised to email a quote. Never heard from him again. Guess it was too small a project and was going to require a non standard install for him. I could understand that but he should have at least let me know that either during the estimate meeting or via email. Communication remains the single most important part of a sales effort. Screw that up and you have an up hill climb going forward.

On time, on price finished same day.

Job was performed as scheduled and without issue. Excellent quality and quick. A fast 2 man crew fenced a large yard. Job was well done. I'm happy to recommend them for your fencing needs.

All went extremely well except it took longer than expected. I would have preferred to have been given a longer estimate and then finish earlier. Our drive way was blocked and they had move al their equipment in order to get out.
