Description of Work: I called Pennington to hire them to replace my double gate. I was told that they would not work on my fence because they did not originally install it. I found this strange especially with their reviews and even a coupon promotion. Let me make it clear that they did no work or even an estimate so I have no idea about the quality of their work. I simply think it is extremely poor customer service to flat out refuse a customer upon first contact. My money is as green as anyone else's. Please consider this before calling them. Thank you.

Description of Work: They did a great job. Project was pretty big and they ran into some equipment issues, but we're very professional handling the hurdles. Would absolutely recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: I had 95' of an 8' privacy fence removed and replaced. Bruce came out to the house, inspected the fence and gave me an estimate immediately. I checked online with Lowe's estimator and for our zip code and what I wanted done (removing the old fence was not included in the online estimate)the estimated cost was between $1,500 and $1,800. Bruce gave me a price of $1,781. I had previously contacted two other companies on Angie's List and got estimates of $2,450 and $2,900. The fence was replaced within 2 weeks and it only took the guys half a day to do it. Both workers were neat (they cleaned up after), polite and professional. My neighbors love the fence and so do I. Description of Work: After I called, they came out and gave me an estimate within a week. Their price was reasonable and on par with the other two estimates I received. They then came and fenced in my entire backyard 3 weeks later. They showed up on time and finished a couple hours early. They were very professional and I am thrilled with the quality of their work. I would use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I had over 500 linear feet of 6ft shadow box privacy fencing put in. The service was great. The guys were professional and did a beautiful job.

Description of Work: Trip came out on time and listen to what we wanted his company to do. He walked on the fottage and gave us an estimate of the cost of the job

Description of Work: Eric came out to give me an estimate for a fence around the back of my house. He was very knowledgeable and helped determine the type of fence that would look the best. Once I received my quote later the next day Eric followed up on the quote. I will have Pennington install the fence in about a week. Hopefully it will be of the quality that Eric had mentioned during his visits.
