On his most recent visit, your technician Rick came and was on time, polite, informative, and very kind. Rick is definitely one of the reasons Northwest-Buford is on top, providing quality customer service. Keep up the great work! Description of Work: Rick treated the exterior for household pest such as spiders, ants (applied ant bait and reported that the ants were taking the bait). In addition treated the outside perimeter hardscapes. All in all excellent work

+ -1 moreThe technician (Rick) came on scheduled day, first brought my garbage can up to the garage for me. We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having. Rick is a very knowledgeable caring person who listens and responds professionally and explains next steps. I would recommend them to anybody.. Debbie from Buford....

Description of Work: My sales Rep Patrick Zaledzieski, very nice person came and did all measurements and came up with two proposals, he went over the two options of Termite and Pest control plans, he was courteous and very polite. after my wife and I choose a plan , A couple of days later the Technician Rick Lamb came out to exterminate in & outside the house he took his time a few hours later another technician cam and installed the termite traps in the ground all around the perimeter of our house, both tecnicians did an awesome job. a week later Quality Assurance Supervisor Tony Adams came by to see if we were happy with tier work and installations. I told him the guys did an awesome job!! I would recommend Northwest Exterminating to all my friends and family! an Excellent Company. Miguel Cardenas

+ -1 moreThe price is very reasonable. We have been using them since November 2009. If I have an issue and it’s not time for our regular service, they come out and take care of it right away.
Description of Work: For pest control we use Northwest Exterminating. They come every three months; we have a yearly contract. They do a couple things for us; they do our centracon service for termites and they spray our house inside and out. They check the attic for pests and they spray for fire ants and wasps. Centracon is an in-ground service for termites.

+ -1 moreI like that they use organic products, which may cost a little more. I like the fresh minty aroma that it leaves and it is safe among kids and pets. I like that I am able to call them anytime when I have a problem and that they will send the same technician who is familiar with my house. She knows her job and gives me good advice. They are very good.

+ -1 moreI am totally satisfied with this company. They keep out pests I do not want I my home. They come when they are supposed to. They are a good company so I really have nothing but good thing to say about them.
Description of Work: I have a central system installed in my home by this company strategically designed to eliminate small bugs and pest like that. They do monitor that system that has been installed in my rather large home. I pay about $360 a year for this type of service. I'd say they come out about every month or so to check on it.

+ -1 moreThe last time they came I realized some of the traps hadn't been opened, and I was not very happy with this, so they sent someone else to double check and assure me that they had all been inspected. I am still using them because if I want to switch companies I would have to pay for the whole installation again, but I wouldn't hire them again if I could choose. They are respectful, but their prices are a little high.
Description of Work: I have around thirty five termite traps located around my 4500 square foot house. They come and check them monthly.
