The guy that came was very nice; however, I could of got the floors cleaned somewhere else and I don't appreciate that he stated he never saw tile like the ones I have. I just want the floors to be sealed. I am going to have to get everything done again.

We had considered replacing the three upholstered pieces (sofa, loveseat, chair) because they looked awful. However, upon closer inspection, we realized that their "awfulness" was due more to their need for a thorough cleaning than actual damage. I found this company (through Angie's List), contacted Mike, and the work was expertly performed today. They were punctual and spent about 2.5 hours cleaning the three pieces. They explained exactly what they were doing and did it flawlessly. They used good equipment which allowed a minimum of wet areas upon completion. We should be able to use our living room later this evening, and because of My Steam Cleaner, we will not be purchasing new furniture for that room. Thank you, My Steam Cleaner; we will be calling you again soon.

My light colored ceramic tile in the kitchen and family room was in need of cleaning, especially the grout. I thought it might need to be repainted since it looked so dirty. Mike checked it out and we saw that with his cleaning equipment it cleaned up nicely and didn't need the paint. He cleaned all tile and grout, resealed the grout in a prompt, efficient manner. He was prompt in returning my call and I had no idea that I could actually get it done and looking great for the holidays! He recommended and had sent to me a cleaning product that I can use regularly to keep the tile clean. I've used it, and it is a good product. I highly recommend his services and will call him again.

Mr. Cardenas arrived on time and moved the furniture to clean the floor. Then he cleaned the grout and applied sealer (not sure of all the details because I stepped out for a little bit). It was all done in about 2 hours.

The crew arrived on time. The deal was for 300 square feet of tile and grout cleaning for $149. I had over 300 sq. feet so it was a little extra, but the savings was still tremendous. The company I normally use charged almost $600 for the same square footage.The crew did A GREAT JOB. My floors look wonderful. The price included the sealant also. I would use this company again. They started in the kitchen by spraying a degreaser-type tile and grout cleaning solution. Then they used special tile and grout cleaning brushes to agitate the cleaning solution into the tile and grout lines. Afterwards, they used a high-pressured tool to clean and rinse away and vacuum up the dirt and cleaning solution. Then, as each section was cleaned and rinsed they placed fans to quickly dry the floors. Finally, they applied the grout sealer to each grout line. After, they gave us a gallon of neutral cleaner to clean our floors, as Mike explained that by using this cleaner the grout sealer would not use its effectiveness and would keep our grout looking nice for approximately three to five years. They began work at approximately 11:00 a.m. and finished at around 5:30 p.m. When my husband and I saw the results, we were thrilled by the difference. These guys did an amazing job! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The work turned out very well and it was a good experience. They were very punctual and they were able to give a price over the phone. Talking to the guy over the phone, he seemed very knowledgeable, that’s why I used them. He is a cop and does this work on the side and I felt very safe and comfortable with him in my home. The couches look like they are brand new!

I called Mike at 1:30 in the afternoon to schedule an appt. and he was able to fit me in the same day. He was nice an professional and worked quickly. I have pets and he was able to get out all the stains in the carpet. He did a fantastic job and I would definetly use him again and recommend him to other. Thanks!

Mike and his son arrived on time, worked hard to protect my furniture, took care of a lot of stains and cleaned the carpets well. They are pleasant people. I was very pleased with their work.

I was looking for a carpet cleaning service when I found an advertisement for My Steam Cleaners in the May 2011 Angie's List Magazine. Mike Cardenas (the owner) offered a significant discount for first time customers (15%) so I gave him a call. Mike answered the phone and I told him what I was looking for and gave him an approximate square footage for my condo which is located on the second floor of our building. We set up a date to provide an estimate and to potentially clean if I agreed with the price. He estimated the cost to be between $200 - $300 - but could not confirm until he made the measurements. Mike and his son Michael arrived as arranged and on time. Within 15 minutes he was able to complete the measurements and provide me with a price of $250.00 (with the 15% discount) for a two bedroom condo, one bath, hall and family/dining room area. I agreed to the price and they began working immediately. Mike was very friendly and explained many of the procedures, how the machine worked and what I could expect. The carpet in my condo is not a very good quality and I did not expect it to clean up very well. There were heavy traffic stains and many spots but he was able to pull it off and the carpet looks really good. The whole process took about three hours. i have used other carpet cleaning services from national chains, only to be hit up with service fees and overpriced services - but none compare to the quality provided by Mike and Michael.

I called Mike @ 11:00 AM & he was able to schedule me the same day. He explained his cleaning process & after his estimate they went to work. they were very professional & i was delighted with their work.

I called Mike in the morning and he said he would stop by today. Once he arrived, he was able to clean my synthetic area rug on location. The are rug looks like new again. Great job Mike.

Mike was on time -called 1 hour before to confirm appointment.He set up cleaning equipment-floor mats to protect my floor-left fans over night to speed dry.Drapes and applied fabric protector,very satisfied.

Mike is very professional and communicates very well. He is prompt and very friendly. Mike and his son did a great job on the tile. They responded quickly for the estimate and in scheduling the job. They arrived on time and completed the job within their time estimate. Not the cheapest service out there, but a very good value for their service and product. Very trustworthy to be left alone in your home!

Went very well. Called Mike the day after spill happened, came the next day e worked hard at removing the stain. His son worked at cleaning other things. Very satisfied with with speed of response and final effect.

I called the company, they scheduled a pickup for my rug, they showed up when they said they would and delivered it back to me sooner than the promised date. I would not have any other company in my home to clean my rugs, carpeting, or upholstery...these people are very professional in appearance and demeanor and promise what they deliver. I used to have rental property and thought I would have to replace carpeting left a mess by tenants...My Steam Cleaner came in and assessed the situation and advised they could clean it to my satisfaction. Boy did they ever!!! I recommend this company to all of my friends and family and haven't received one complaint back from any of them!!

I must honestly say that, I was amazed at how nice the interior had cleaned up, and then I told Mike that I honestly did not think that he and his technician could actually clean the yacht's interior the way that they did. I was so impressed with the cleaning, that I told Mike that I would definitely refer some boat owner friends his way.

My Steam Cleaner was a referral from the property manager that I am using to lease and manage a condo. He advised that the pricing was competitive and quality of work was very good and he had been using the company for a few years. The property manager met with the company first so that they could determine if the tile and grout should be cleaned or if the grout needed to be re-grouted. Since the condo had the original grout from over 30 years and cleaning did not leave a uniform color, we decided to re-grout to give a better appearance. I met with Mike Cardenas to pick a grout color on a Saturday and he began work and completed the work within three days. The overall work product was exceptional and I will definitely use the company again and refer him to other homeowners.

they did a fabric test and an evaluation with their cleaning solution, and then gave me a qoute, they vacummed all the cushions and the rest of the fabric, they laid plastic sheeting to dry the loose cushions and they protected my floors with drop cloths. everything was placed back before they left the whold job took approximately 2 hours from start to end.
