The contractor contradicts what he agree too perform for his customers. He act as if he does remember what he quotes for the job. And he lies about returning follow up call so he can charge the project more money when he does speak with the customer and the job wasn?t complete the section repaired needed to be repainted but he does this on purpose by not telling the customer what they will need to purchase so he doesn?t have to perform the job because he may have quoted a price that he feels is too low for him to complete the job. He needs better negotiating skills when it come to dealing with the customers,I will not use this company again or refer.

Unlike the other two contractors called before calling KTKD, he answered his phone immediately, came out to provide a quote instantly. He and his partner were here on time and worked fast and efficiently. I would consider him again when I want other projects done.

did all I expected

Very expensive for a small amount of work. Only repaired about three sections of the fence with screws and put up a shutter that had fallen. I paid more than I would have paid a plumber per hour. I had to have another person come out to replace a fence post that I thought he was going to replace.

Weird experience with them. Not sure what their intent is. They came and immediately started asking questions and problems arise. They shouldn?t tell anyone that they have experience with installing a dishwasher

Absolutely the most incompetent ''Handy Man'' I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. All I wanted him to do was to attach a bracket on back of a big screen TV that I just purchased and mount it on the wall and connect 3 wires to TV in order to make it operational. Should be a pretty simple project. Unfortunately when he arrived at my house and I showed him the TV he could not figure out how to attach the bracket to the TV so we called Samsung for advise. Bottom line was he was using the wrong bolts. Came by the next day with correct bolts but when it came to mounting /connecting the TV he did not know what wires to use to connect to TV. At this point I was getting very frustrated and stressed out and all I wanted to do was get him out of my house. So, asked him what do I owe you and he said $100 so I paid him $100 cash just to get him to leave. This experience was an absolute Nightmare. Have never had an experience this BAD with a Handy Man. Didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing.

They did a great job for me. No issues. I would recommend them.

He arrived on time, has a great personality, and is very easy to work with. We will definitely hire him for other projects.

Garbage disposal though was broken; he was charging $80 to replace. Wound up not needing to, and only charged me $40 to unhook, clean, and make it work again, plus he fixed the connection to dishwasher for no additional cost. Paul is a good guy. I m asking him for free estimate for retile my bathroom, confident he will give me best price.

This guy is fabulous and gets the job done perfectly and timely

1. Very high and unreasonable prices. 2. Very low work quality. For example, he installed a new range hood for me, but the new hood is in wrong size (shorter in the deep direction) and he refused to do anything about it. 3. Very bad attitude towards his customer. 4. More important is that he is suspected of deliberately deceiving his customer in more one occasions. 5. This is the worst service provider I encountered in recent 20 years. Please call me for detailed information.

Had multiple different projects around the house from drywall repair and painting to leak repair. Did all work with efficiency and timeliness. Quality craftsmanship and customer focused. I will definitely use them again!
