Description of Work: My gas fireplace had not put out a flame in several years and I wasn't sure who to contact to get it fixed. The gas company recommended 2 companies and I spoke with both and selected J R Bolton. The price was the same for both companies but Bolton was exceptionally helpful over the phone. The technician came during the arranged time frame and fixed the problem including the remote switch on the wall. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely use this company again. I now have a warm and beautiful fire!

Description of Work: While they purport to hold themselves to the highest standards of service and professionalism the reality falls far short. They are knowledgeable, do good work on the installation. Where Rey fall short Is on organization, communications, and meeting deadlines and response timelines. The office staff is particularly confused and borderline annoying. Like many they confuse friendly for competent. We use them to replace our AC units and revise some duct work. The work is wells executed but took far longer than estimated. The equipment operates flawlessly and is far superior to our previous units.

Description of Work: Installed glass doors with mesh doors on the inside (much better than the mesh curtain). Karis came out and measured for an accurate fit. Johnathon, very professional, installed the doors. The quality of the doors and installation were outstanding. We are looking forward to the added utility savings. And they look great! Installation was only $125.00 and the price of doors were very reasonable. I researched prices before calling them.
