Cornerstone plumbing & mechanical

This is a company that we used to install a new water heater. We first moved to Georgia. We thought that we had a great experience and referred them to multiple family members and to our HOA property management as well. Fast forward a year later we called him for a plumbing job where his employee spilled primer on our new hardwood floors. After this happened we still called him for a job that we needed done and he pushed off for a week and acts like he forgot. After another week past, we called and he then said I should look for another company. I did not feel like a priority after providing him with more than 5 jobs between myself and family.

This was as painless as it gets. I received 3 different estimates and the other 2 were at least $400 more and couldn't get out to the house to complete the job for a couple of days. Michael with Cornerstone plumbing & mechanical was very responsive and was able to do the job immediately at a much better price than we could otherwise find. Will use cornerstone for all of our plumbing and hvac needs from now on.

When I called, Michael answered and was able to set up an appointment within a couple of hours. He arrived at the time stated and called on the way to let me know he was on his way. It ended up that we needed a new blower motor, which he installed for us that afternoon. He even checked into the warranty for us, which allowed us to save a significant amount of money since the part was covered. Since the unit was already installed when we bought our house 2 years ago, it didn't even occur to me to check the warranty so I really appreciated Michael taking the initiative to look into that for us. Overall, I was very comfortable with Michael and the work he performed. I would call him again without hesitation the next time we have any issues.
