+ 0 moreIt went well. We called on a Friday morning. Hassan came out that evening to take a look. By Tuesday morning our installation was completed. Very professional.

+ -1 moreReceived call back from representative early in the morning. Discussed what we needed and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon and gave my address and contact info. Waited a few hours and finally received a call from Paul (one of the owners). He told me he would be here in about 20 minutes. 25 minutes later he called again to say he was lost. I began explaining where I was, and he stopped me and said they don't want to do business in that part of Atlanta. When pressed, he stated that the cutoff was a road I can almost see from where I live. Would have preferred to hear this, when I scheduled the appointment - not several hours later and after waiting all day.
Description of Work: new air conditioning and heating system, as well as duct work.
