Francisco and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my house. They also replaced a lot of rotting boards. My house looks as good as new. I will definitely use CertaPro in the future.

They were on time each day and did a good jab. There was one area where the exterior paint on the deck railing bubbled and they came back promptly to fix it. Very happy with their responsiveness to a problem. It is nice to work with a company that takes responsibility for the quality of the work they do.

The painters we're punctual, and respectful. They painted all the ceilings in my home, and 2 large walls. When touching up a wall that I painted, they discovered the color didn't match. They consulted with me, and ended up painting more than expected. In spite of that, all of this work was done in one day! The owner and the painters we're very professional. I highly recommend them.

With the exception of some inclement weather for a week or so, the project was finished in a timely manner. The crew did a great job at replacing some siding and trim work that was damaged. My house looks good as new. I would definitely recommend CertaPro of NEGA.

The job was scheduled for two days and ended up taking 4. Actually, 4 1/2 when a forgotten area was painted. No one warned me about all the dust and our open floor plan was saturated with fine grit. We could have covered more things up and put other things away had we only known. The crew would arrive around 10 am every morning and leave around 3 pm to beat traffic. I guess that's how the 2 day job turned into 4. Most troubling about the job was that wallpaper was damaged in my guest bath when the ceiling was being painted and no one told me about it. I have spent the last 30 days patiently waiting for the promised touch up work and wallpaper repair to be completed. The owner himself, Byron, told me that his wallpaper guy is busy but I should hear from him within two weeks. 4 weeks have come and gone. I continued to get the run around due to them being busy. Of course, my check has been cashed so why hurry? I finally told them that I would handle this myself and we can work it out in small claims court. That got my phone ringing but no mention about fixing my wallpaper. As I mentioned in my email, I'm done with them unless CertaPro corporate leaves me no recourse. I called CertaPro corporate customer service this morning to see what options I have in resolving this. I went through the entire situation with a customer service representative and was told it may take one week for someone from corporate to contact me about this. Really????? One more thing: I had used this company before and was satisfied with their work. I actually paid more to have them do this work because of previous experience. Lessen learned.

The entire painting job went smoothly. The only glitch was that a a porch window got broken due to having previously been painted shut. When an effort was made to open it for repainting, it cracked. Certapro immediately ordered a duplicate, installed it and painted it. Also all workers were professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious in their work.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work. Valery and Bryon were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive to any questions we had. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The crew chief in charge of the job was also easy to work with. They covered everything before painting and did a great of cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use them again and I would also recommend them to my friends.

They were very good. We challenged them with painting one wall red and adjacent wall white and they did a perfect cut job on that. Since that has happened we had him come out with quote painting the exterior of the house and I run out of funds so I haven't had it done yet. They have a crew supervisor who comes and follows up with so and on. If they miss something he is trying always to get that fixed. I would use them in the future.

They did a very good job. This is the second time I have had the house painted and they did a much better job than the first time I had it painted. The paint they used was Sherwin Williams Duration. It was expensive, but it was definitely worth it. The paint has held up very well and is excellent. I will use them again the next time I need the house painted.

It was a small job and I was in no rush nor had a specific finish date. I was called a few days in advance and told Steven would be contacting me to schedule the job. he called the same day and set the job for Saturday. He called on Thursday and said because it was scheduled to rain Saturday, could he come Friday. He did and walked the outside with me to make sure he knew what I expected to be completed. Valerie showed up during the job to inspect and make sure I was happy. It was a small job and only took him about 3-4 hours to complete. Steven was very pleasant and told me what he had done after he was finished. the price was competitive and I would use their services again.

I liked Byron and Valerie, but was disappointed in their oversight. After an initial walkthrough with the crew manager, they never came back until job was so far behind schedule I had to call and complain. We we?re under a tight timeframe given job was at a house we were moving into. Estimated 3-4 days, but took over 6. Was supposed to be finished on a Friday at the latest and as late as Thursday evening was assured by on-site crew manager it would be. Not so much. First said he would come back and finish Saturday. Then on Saturday he said it would be all day Monday. Didn't end up being finished until Tuesday. This resulted in having painting crews working while furniture was getting moved in, which was not a good combination and meant all the boxes had to be stored in garage and basement. I do give Byron credit for coming out though and putting additional crews on to try and get finished as quickly as possible. He was very nice in handling it, as was the on-site manager, but it should never have gotten to the point that I had to repeatedly call and complain about getting the work done. As we get stuff put away and can actually spend time looking at the work (as opposed to the quick walkthrough when he was finished), I am disappointed. Hardened paint drips on both walls and baseboards, spots where old paint still showing through (clearly needs another coat), one window that wasn?t painted at all, etc. In their defense, I am sure if we called and complained they would come back out and fix everything, but we are sort of sick of playing that card and frankly just don?t want painters in the house any more. Rather just pay the invoice and move on. With all the issues we had with the crew assigned it is disappointing that nobody followed up after the job was over to come and look at the quality. It was a big job and there were lots of things done very well, but unfortunately the other stuff leaves such a bad taste in my mouth that I can?t recommend their services.

They worked work our schedules and got the work completed on time. They sent pictures and told me when they were on the property. I haven't even been up close yet but it looks great and they offered to always come back if we needed any adjustments since we do not live there. They gave a great quote, competitive prices. Very professional. I have had a great experience with them thus far.
