I cannot say enough about the finished project. They installed a retaining wall, as well as installed a French drain and sod. I definitely will call on Byrd Landscaping if we have other projects in the future.

His team was hard working and meticulous in their craftsmanship. It is so nice to be able to enjoy the patio, pool and spa without getting sand on our feet. Today's downpour flowed down our new riverbed perfectly! We are looking forward to working on our next project with Byrd Landscaping and Design.
Description of Work: Fix a patio that was improperly installed by another contractor. Expand flagstone patio onto existing concrete pad and gravel area. create stone pathway on muddy, slippery slope to lead from gate to patio. Resolve drainage and errosion issues by building a retaining wall, installing drains and building a natural stone river bed to channel run off through the property. Clean up old pine straw and leaf litter and spread new mulch

+ 0 moreThey solved the problem. They showed up on time every day, and the supervisor/owner came by every afternoon to review work. This is the most important thing: they worked it until it was done. Many other contractors will show up on day one.. and then disappear for days at a time. They did what they said they would do. Problem was solved. They did it the right way (no corners cut). Their workmanship was quality. They listened to us and understood what we were asking. Having had multiple contractors at our home in the past 5 years... they were the best.
