Adam Trogdon just completed his first visit to our home, and I’m very pleased with the service so far. He arrived right on time and was extremely professional and friendly. Adam took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, explained the issues he found, and laid out a clear plan of action. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. I’m confident we’re in good hands and looking forward to seeing the results from his work. Highly recommend him for anyone needing pest control!

Bulwark came highly recommended and within 24 hours I not only had a call with an actual person. We were able to get scheduled my first treatment. It happened to be a locale too! All the better. Couldn't have been more satisfied with David D! He listened to my story and events that lead up to it and he assured me we can tackle my carpenter ants and even the joro spiders. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating and, in particular, James (the "Bug Guy") who has been taking care of our home for years. Many (many) companies have forgotten about customer service over the past few years due to staffing shortages. As a customer, I understand about being short-staffed, as my company is in the same boat. Thankfully, however, Bulwark has not lost its excellent customer service, and I pray they are caring well for their employees as a result. Not only is James a fantastic neighbor, he is also protective of our home against bugs as if it were his own home. He is super patient with our (many) questions about all kinds of critters we encounter outside. Can't recommend him or Bulwark more highly.

David Dolphyn is our rep and he takes the time during each visit to talk to me about what issues we have or if there is anything in particular he needs to treat. He's a really friendly and knowledgeable guy and I feel comfortable with him in our home.

Previous owner used Bulwark and we have since owning 7 yrs. now. Dave Dolphyn is a friendly, knowledgeable professional we see for inside/outside pests as well as for termite protection. Bulwark stands behind their business and comes out any time in between quarterly appts if/when needed. We couldn’t be happier with Bulwark and especially Dave!!
