Description of Work: When I booked the appointment online, I advised the company that we had a vaulted ceiling. They were unable to do the service the day and rescheduled because they didn't have a tall ladder. The company sent out another technician to complete the 2-fan install with a taller ladder. The service technicians were excellent, very professional and competent.

Description of Work: 'If you want something done, ask a busy man' is what my father used to say. In this case Big Frog are very busy, yet very responsive and efficient. Came on time when scheduled, did what they were supposed to do and left the house clean and in good order. Excellent job with no surprises. I gave a 'B' for price because we bought a $199 deal which was subject to 'up-charges' which ended up doubling my initial expectation. Big Frog were up front about the up-charges and I agreed to them in advance. I would recommend this service provider and use them again.

Description of Work: I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism that James provided. He arrived on time - verfied that my important electrical devices were powered down, gave me an estimate of the duration and finished ahead of time. James also took the time to show me the new electrical panel that had each circuit breaker labeled and explained the new surge protector that he installed. I was very impressed and would recommend James and Big Frog Electric.

Description of Work: They installed my 60inch tv with a swivel mount. They did a fantastic job but did not clean up the drywall on the mantle from the drilling. (Only reason they got a "B") but I will be using them again for other projects.

Description of Work: Installed light over bathroom sink. Not centered and left big mess in sink they didn't clean up. Put in ceiling fan in kitchen. Wanted it flush. Not sure this was told to them but this being their business u would think they would have questioned using the rod on such a low ceiling. Will now have to pay someone else to fix. Again, made a mess and didn't clean up after themselves. Disappointed in Big Frog and in Angies List for offering services like that.

Description of Work: Two units were installed. The tech did not ask how high did want the first TV mounted, so made a decision and started to drill. I corrected his placement choice, but not before he put an unnecessary hole in my wall than I have to get repaired. He did not even apologize. He not only lacked professionalism, but he also was not neat and did I not demonstrate an attitude of excellence /care.
