Description of Work: Only complaint was the way the surge suppressor was installed, cut rough hole in sheetrock and stuck it through. Otherwise, job was good.

Description of Work: I called them on a super hot Saturday in July. I thought for sure that I would have to pay an "after hours" up charge, but I did not. They came out in just a few hours, just like they promised and charged me the regular rate. And most importantly they fixed our A/C. Good Job!

Description of Work: We replaced a 20 year old unit on the main floor. Everything went fine as far as the installation. We had a main part go out several weeks ago that controlled the temperature. The company came out and replaced it at no cost, however, it took several days for the part to arrive during a very hot temperature spell. Would we hire again, not sure. It would have been nice if the company had done a follow up customer service call.

Description of Work: We had Big Frog Electric install 4 recessed lights in our kitchen. There was a slight snag with the appointment. Through email, we requested a certain day and were confirmed, but the technician did not come. When we called, the service director was nice, admitted fault and put us into the schedule for the next day. |Our technician was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He took plenty of time to talk through the placement of the recessed lights and answered all of our questions. At no time did he try to "upsell" us to something we did not want. |He was efficient with his time and cleaned up when he was done. At one point, he ran into an unexpected problem and discussed possible remedies and fixed it to our advantage. |We absolutely plan to use this company in the future. We have plans to add more recessed lights in our den area and we will call Big Frog to do the work.
