Description of Work: Did a good job with the lights. Had to ask them to use the correct color switch to match my existing switches and they left some insulation behind (a lot of dust as well). All to be expected and I'm happy with my new canned lighting.

Description of Work: One of the best customer service experiences I have had recently. From the moment I called to make the appointment until the service technician arrived and performed the services everything was perfect. The young lady that took my call was very professional, courteous and accommodating. The service technician Allan was awesome! He explained everything in layman's terms and actually saved me money by giving me an easy fix to a light switch box that was overheating. Great Experience all the way around and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give my comments about Big Frog Electric Co. Their name sounds a little unique, but the job they did was anything but different, if different is bad. It was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them from making the appointment for the work to thanking them when they left my house. (I can't say that about many companies I've dealt with.) I sometimes worry about strangers being in my house, but I would have even left Tim in our house by himself. That's how much I was impressed by and trusted him. What did they do? They installed 4 can lights in our bedroom and they have made the room look completely different. With its dark walls and floor, the room is now alive, warm, and inviting. It has lost its coldness and we could not be happier. Tim and Big Frog Electric are the BEST!!!

Description of Work: Installed a wall mounted new TV and put in a new outlet

Description of Work: Installed recessed can lights. Caused too much damage to ceiling and pipes in ceiling. They should warn customers in advance that is a bathroom is above kitchen, there could be problems during installation and placement of fixtures. If they had better equipment, problems could have been avoided.

Description of Work: Installed 39" TV on wall in room. They were on time, told me what they would do per my request, installed the TV and cleaned up after. All of this within 45 minutes.

Description of Work: 2 new outlets |Placed support and tv on the wall. |The process went well but the wires could and should have been placed behind the the tv until such time when my son visits from Illinois and places a shelf on the wall.

Description of Work: I needed an expanded electric box and bought a swap out on Angie's List. Big Frog agreed to put in a bigger box for a small extra charge. They were prompt and professional. When a small issue arose after their installation, they came right out and made it right. Pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them again. Thanks to Angie's List for introducing me to this company.

Description of Work: Installed two ceiling fans in master bedroom. The serviceman was very friendly and did a good job. One minor complaint is that he didn't clean up after his work very well, but I would use this company again for this service.

Excellent communication about installation. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for any electrical needs....

Description of Work: The combined a separate box with the main box, into one normal box and installed all new breakers. Looks great now, all the circuits are labeled! Very professional and even finished a little earlier than they expected!
