Description of Work: They arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and questions and answered me patiently and honestly. I was very pleased with this overall experience.

Description of Work: I had 6 canned lights installed in my son's kitchen in his new home and an old flourescent fixture removed. I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the electrician. we ran into a few problems because of framing and plumbing but he preservered until he came up with a good solution. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Description of Work: 1st they accessed if I could do a work around not having to replace the existing ceiling fan, which I appreciated, but upon review it did not work ....but they tried to save me some money. Installation was quick, professional and complete.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List deal to have 4 overhead lights installed for $299. The lady that set up the appointment was very pleasant to deal with and was able to give me a couple of options that worked with my schedule. | |The gentleman that showed up to do the work was on time and friendly. He was made good recommendations about placement and was patient while I was relaying this information to my wife who was not home at the time. When she wanted to deviate from the recommendations, he gladly obliged our request, even though that made the installation more difficult, so I was OK for paying more than initially thought. He also told me about a special that a national home improvement chain was running that would allow me to upgrade my lights to LED really cheap which was really nice of him. | |My biggest complaint is the state in which my room was to be left in. The installer had made a joke about getting to cut holes in peoples ceilings for a living. Or at least I thought it was a joke. I realize that they need to get into the ceiling to do the wiring, but I didn't realize that I would be left with additional repair work to be done. I had used a similar offer from a different provider and did not have the same result, but I am not sure what is different about the setup between the two spaces that the first time did not result in a square cut in my ceiling. | |In addition to the 1x1 cut-out, there were various holes drilled in the ceiling around the lighting and other marks. I was able to patch those fairly easily and touch up the paint myself so it wasn't a big deal. | |The last item on my complaint list was the dirt. The technician was going to leave the place filthy until I ask if he was really going to leave without cleaning up. There was dust everywhere, along with lots of little pieces of insulation and wiring, not to mention the dust that was everywhere. I made the recommendation that for any future jobs they should have several tarps to throw over any furniture. Hopefully they take me up on the advice. I had to give them a broom and some rags to do the clean up as they did not have any of their own. | |My final thoughts are that if they made some small changes to their operating procedures, they would have been rated quite a bit higher. If I had known before it happened that I was going to need to have someone else come in and do the repairs, then I probably would not have cared as much. I just thought that everything would be finished when the installation was finished and it was not. The techs should have several drop cloths and a vacuum to ensure the room is as clean as it was when they arrive.

Description of Work: They did wonderful job making recommendations for placement of and installing 4 recessed lights. They also installed an outdoor outlet for which I had previously asked for an estimate. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I did not need a new box. So I had wiring rerouted fans put in, whole house surge protector installed, surge protector plugs for tv wall and new dimmer switch. James was great and through very honest and professional. They also came back the next day and labeled the existing box.

Description of Work: never had the courtesy to return my call regarding them looking at some work that needed done for our community pavilion. needless to say, our neighborhood now knows not to contact them for residentia matters.

Description of Work: Mr. Crofutt came to the house a couple of days after the first contact, surveyed the job to be done and gave me the estimate. On the appointed day he arrived and executed the job as described, using the fan I have bought in the meantime. The job was done quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
