Description of Work: Had a loud buzzing coming from our circuit breaker box in 20 year old home. They were able to send a tech out same day. Tech checked box and recommended replacing circuit breakers. Noted that the box itself was in good shape and didn't recommend replacement. Replaced breakers, cleaned box in short time. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend Big Frog and will use again.

Description of Work: Installed a recessed light. Work was performed well but the technician left my powder room smelling like a sewer system. Don't recall his asking to use the restroom either but he left a bomb and that's beyond unprofessional.

Description of Work: They mounted two flat screen televisions to walls in the den and basement. They didn't have the correct mount for the larger tv with them on the first visit even though they knew in advance what I needed. The technician left my home to get one but came back a few hours later without one. It had to be ordered and it was two weeks before they came back to finish the work. I had to pay them for work that had been done, then pay them for the rest of the work when the mount came in. It was a long and frustrating process. I am not sure I was charged the price that was quoted on Angie's List. I think it cost more than quoted. |They also installed 4 ceiling fans. They did a good and quick job with those.

Description of Work: The service technician called a half an hour before his arrival, and he arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very efficient. He removed two old ceiling fans, then assembled and installed the two new fans for $150, an Angie's List special deal. I was very pleased, and will use Big Frog Electric again.
