Description of Work: They were wonderful! Prices more competitive than other electric companies. Had two ceiling fans put in (one 20 feet ceiling) and a swivel tv stand. Would definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

Description of Work: I used two big deals to have four ceiling fans installed. They were great with scheduling, arrived on time and the installation went very smoothly. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a new panel with surge protection, ground and new smoke detectors. It ended up being more complicated than was expected. We didn't realize it would take three-four visits from the electrician, two from an inspector and two from GA Power before the job was complete. It would be good to know what to expect from the beginning. The guys were nice and got the job done, but there was confusion over when GA Power would come out and therefore during the holidays with guests, one of us stayed home so we could be here in case they did show up. Drywall was removed and a lot of dust was everywhere so we suggested putting down a tarp we provided. We also had to remind the guys to pick up trash left outside. Regarding the smoke detectors, it was mentioned they have the 10 year back up batteries now, which would have been good since it is not easy for us to switch those out. When the new ones were installed , they had the regular batteries and we were told the wired smoke detectors did not come with 10 year back up batteries, but a quick online search shows that they are available. No manuals were left with us that go with these. The last contact we had was calling the company a week after the work was complete and asking when the final inspection by the county would be completed. Didn't hear anything until two days later when the inspector showed up out of the blue (luckily someone was home). Big Frog called us after the fact that day to tell us the inspector would be coming. So overall it was frustrating. |

Description of Work: I contacted them to install a dedicated outlet for a sump pump in the crawlspace of my home. My electrical panel was maxed out and didn't have room for the additional breaker so the entire panel had to be replaced. The tech (Robbie) was prompt, professional and left the area spotless. I was impressed enough to have them back to install 4 LED ceiling lights and dimmer control in my home office and plan to have them back for additional projects in early January.
