Amazing , they really went the extra mile , rewired the home , several upgrades including LED recessed cans , cove lighting , television installations , and redid our network wiring too.

Great! We love Big Frog Electric. Derek looked at all the notes from the home inspector and checked them off one-by-one, making sure to address all of the concerns. When he looked at our main panel, he discovered another item that the home inspector missed and fixed that, too. He's professional, knowledgable, and nice. Always great working with Big Frog--just wish we could move them with us to our new location up North!

The team at Big Frog is great. My wife and I have been fortunate to work with them on a few smaller jobs. Everyone from the owner to the electrician who comes out to do the work are considerate, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. Robert called in advance of his arrival; arrived on time; and completed the work without delay. What I most appreciated were his insights about exactly where the new lighting cans should be placed in order to adequately light an upstairs hallway and downstairs hallway in the home we had just purchased. His instincts were just right. The hallway spaces have been transformed with the new lighting. Robert was careful to clean-up after he completed his work -- of course, as you can imagine, there was a little bit of drywall just in the hallway, but that's to be expected. Big Frog is simply a great firm with which to work. Our thanks to you!

Tony from Big Frog Electric did an amazing job! We were doing a home makeover for a deserving family and only had one day to complete all electrical in the house. We had close to 20 light fixtures that needed to be updated and Tony stayed until 2am in the morning to get the job done. He was very professional and knew what he we doing. We had one light that involved drilling extra holes into the ceiling and he did it perfectly. Definitely recommend Big Frog and hope that you get Tony on your job - he's the best! Also incredibly affordable and competitive pricing against other contractors we looked at.

I had an appliance that was not getting any electricity, problem solved quickly and I had pendant lights hung. It was refreshing to have an electrician in my home and not be pressured by up selling. I will use Big Frog again.

I actually used them twice because I was so satisfied with the service I got the first time. And after the second service- to install an outlet and circuit for my treadmill- I had an issue with a tripped gfci. Derek was so responsive and came back to fix the problem for me! Will definitely call them if I have further electrical needs.

They did an exceptional job. Very quick response. Fixed everything I needed. Very reasonable price.

The job took a total of four visits, and this leads to the only issue and advice I have with the service. We outlined the scope of the work when we requested it but the workers were never scheduled for enough time. After a couple of hours, I was told that's all the time they had scheduled for the job. When I called to schedule the remainder of the job I tried to explain that they needed to be scheduled for enough time to complete the job, which they weren't. So the job was stretched out into four visits, each with a charge to come out. My advice is to make sure the workers are scheduled for the amount of time needed to get the job done. That said, once scheduled, the guys arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional. We were more than happy with the work and would absolutely use them again.

They scheduled the appointment quickly and around my schedule. They called to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes before arrival. Did a great job. Would use again.

Easy to work with and helpful. They were careful not to make unnecessary holes in the kitchen ceiling and helped determine the proper height for the foyer light.

Tony arrived on time, was courteous and polite. He did a thorough job, explained what he was doing and what he did. There were some extra things needed but he did not charge more for those. Would use again for sure.

They showed up in the stated time window, performed the work, and no problems. I like that they took the extra time to adjust the 6-foot chain with the wire holding the fixture from the ceiling, twice, to be sure the end result looked good.

Tony came out to the house and was very professional and fixed all of the problems I had with my electrical issues. He even identified and fixed some problems I wasn't aware of.

Extraordinary work. Derek was most professional and his attention to detail was remarkable. Derek is a master at hiding wire. That was a big deal for us, we did not want to see a pipeline of conduit and wire. The fit and finish was remarkable. The electrical boxes are secure and the work is better than I expected. Derek and his colleague were most respectful in the way they parked their vehicles and how they conducted themselves in our home. They cleaned up their work and all of the packaging left from the supplies. Derek called the morning of the job and about 30 minutes before his arrival time to let us know he was on his way. We will use Big Frog again.

They were punctual on a multi day project. Did a great job and left the worksite as clean as when they began.

Excellent. They did the work timely and accurately and the fee was reasonable. I was really worried that the screens would get torn accidentally because of the height and the ladders but it worked out fine.
