I called Big Frog after another company never arrived for their appointment and never called me back. James responded quickly and was able to assist me that same week. I was very happy with the quality of the work done and will be using Big Frog again for another project and all future electrical needs/repairs. Great prices, prompt, friendly and professional service! Neat work too.

These guys came out when they said they would and did an excellent job in replacing the fixture for me for the price we had discussed on the phone. Would recommend them to anyone.

Superior service. The owner, James, was punctual and professional. I called a week prior inquiring about 3 ceiling fan installations in our home. He came out the following Saturday and installed 2 fans but realized the 3rd fan was faulty and consulted my husband and I. He took the fan down, we returned it to the store where it was purchased and bought another one. I called James after the purchase and he told me he'd come back the next day (which was a Sunday) to install the fan. WOW!!! James is 'top notch' and customer focused. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Big Frog Electric did a nice job of hanging my flat screen TV above my fireplace. They were on time, did the work as discussed and cleaned up before they left. Overall a very good experience.

We had James and his crew out to do a lot of electrical work in our 50's ranch house, and it was a great experience from start to finish. James did a great job of explaining options and providing alternatives. He and his crew were prompt, courteous, and I have to give them extra credit for being so friendly to (and tolerant of) my dogs. In addition to upgrading from fuses to breakers, we had all of the outlets in the house changed, installed backyard lighting and ceiling fans, and had smoke and CO detectors installed. They were great about pointing out and taking care of issues I wasn't aware that we had (like some exposed wiring in the attic) and making additional minor repairs while they were there. I know that I will have additional electric work to be done on the house later, and I'll definitely call Big Frog when I'm ready to have it done!

I called up James, the owner and was able to talk to him immediately. I explained to him what work needed to be done and he was able to give be a firm reasonable price. He made an appointment to come 2 days later and his arrival was on time. Several other companies I called would not even give me an estimate over the phone and insisted on coming to my house for the estimate. James and his helper brought all the necessary tools and parts for the job. I was very please with his service and the price and would recommend him to any other homeowners or businesses in need of a good licensed electrician. He also provided me with copies of his electrical license.

James did a great job. He quoted me a price over the phone and completed the work within an hour of getting to my house. He did exactly what I needed and honored the price he had given me over the phone. I would not hesitate to contact him again to complete additional work.

The electrician installed the TV mount in the upper corner of our bedroom wall exactly where we requested. Then he cut out holes for the electrical and cable outlets. Then he installed wiring from outlets to the new fixtures and completed installing them. Finally he mounted the TV and attached the cables. Note that when he did not have enough wire, his supervisor came out with the wire and stayed until the job was completed. Extra specially, Big Frog gave me an extra discount on top of the coupon price for being a public service worker.

They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and gave a very timely and reasonable estimate. When the date for the work was agreed upon, they were very prompt and completed the work in the the proposed time frame and in a very professional manner.

James and his team came to my home on time wearing company shirts and were very professional. They went through every aspect of the work with me and started immediately. They went far above and beyond my expectations, doing additional work that I expected would be extra at no charge. Everything looked beautiful and worked perfectly once they were finished. They even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. They are, by far, one of the most professional, friendly services I've ever hired.
