It went great! The technician was very personable and efficient.

Allan was the tech that performed the service. He was super friendly (a little talkative LOL) but very informative about the work he was doing. He was professional yet very personable and kind. He assembled the ceiling fans, removed the light fixtures that were in place, and installed the fans. He educated us along the way so we felt comfortable with what he was doing. We had to pay an additional $50 for a more secure light box?? (to replace the builder grade one currently in place that may not have been strong enough to withstand the weight of the fan). I would definitely use the company again and like request my buddy Allan LOL!

Alan the Electrician for Big Frog came promptly at 9:30 AM to install the ceiling fans. He greeted our pet dog and was in a very good mood and enthusiastic. We pointed out the areas where we wanted the ceiling fans and he immediately got to work. Alan was very knowledgeable and attacked the job with a very overwhelming confidence. As he picked up one of the ceiling fans he had explained to us that one of the fans was defective and we needed a new one. He started connecting the other ceiling fan to the living room as i went to Home Depot to replace the defective one. After 25 to 30 minutes, I returned to find the ceiling fan connected and running. Alan and my fiancee were laughing when I showed up and asked what took me so long. He immediately took the ceiling fan and started to install it in the bed room. This one took him some time because he had to install a support bar for the ceiling fan. While Alan was working, my fiancee and myself were listening to some funny stories and suggestions from Alan and he made the time go by quickly. My fiancee and I were very happy with the work he did, how quickly he did it, his technical knowledge and his sense of humor. This was a great experience and when we buy our home, we will be calling on Alan to help us with our electrical needs. Thank you Big Frog Electric. Eaton and Penny Morrison

Alan Obashamaa communicated well throughout the job regarding arrival time and project. Was easily able to install the 3 requested lights w/out multiple holes in my ceiling. I had previously had a representative from Mr Sparky tell me that the work could not be started w/out cautioning me that there could be multiple holes in the ceiling that would require dry wall repair and painting. Mr Obashamaa found that amusing. I was impressed w/ his skill and how quickly he worked. He finished the work on time and on budget. He was polite and neat and I would have him back for any further electrical needs.

They were excellent. They were very prompt and we discussed it before hand. They showed up exactly at the time they said they would arrive, which was 8:30 in the morning. They finished and cleaned up. The job was very neat and it was just a very pleasant experience. What really stood out was the efficiency of the service. There was one technician that came in and he worked alone. He was very fast and obviously knew what he was doing. He then had to leave, but the owner came afterwards to check the work and to do the actual cleanup. I knew exactly what to expect, they did exactly what they promised, and it was the way I like to do business. I also thought it was a pretty good price.

They did a really good job. He came in and saw what to do. He gave me some advice on the mounting. He did the job and it was exactly what I wanted, so I was very pleased. They told me that I was the first person on their "Big Deal" to call and make the reservation and say that they were installing based on the deal. He did a really good job and to get it to have no cords looks very clean on the wall, so it was well worth the price that I paid. He was also on time.

Very responsive, great quote, very nice provider to deal with. I decided to wait on the panel change out, but when I am ready this is the company I will use!

It went pretty well. The electrician was on time, and very friendly. Wanted to add two additional cans to the ones already installed. He had to work a little harder than expected given the wires he wanted to tap into was stapled against the wall. It took about 35 minutes - the lights look good and work fine.

Jim, the installer (hope I got that right) was great. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and installed the lights exactly as I wanted. He informed me that my setup would be a good candidate for additional lights because of the way that the joists were running. He also tested everything with me to make sure I was satisfied and cleaned up everything before he left. Awesome job!

Alan had it all done very quickly. The only downside was that he came @ about 1PM, which was about 5 hours later than we had arranged. Didn't upset me, I was home anyway.

Alan had to cancel first appointment as the job in hand was taking longer than expected. He called ahead of my appointment to tell me that he would not be there and to make another appointment [for which he was early]. He did all of the work as requested and it all works just fine. Everyone I spoke to at Big Frog was very nice. I will call them again next time I need an electrician.

James Crofutt was excellent in scheduling, which I had to rescheduled several times. When we finally had it done, the person who came was very professional and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this company which I have to all of my friends.

My scheduled appointment was for 10:00 am and they arrived at 9:30 am. I showed them what I wanted and they made suggestions based on their lighting experience. After the work was completed I met with the owner and got estimates for additional lighting and electrical work. Great job!

Tim installed a new electrical panel and breakers and labelled all of the breakers. Everything worked quite well from calling for information to paying the bill.

It went very well, James Crofutt, the owner of the business did the work himself. He showed up when he said he would and did all the work in just a couple of hours. The job ended up costing less than quoted and he had an opportunity to charge more for one repair and chose not to. I would definitely use James and Big Frog Electric for ALL future electrical work.

During his work, he discovered a hot line that led outside and not connected to anything (the prior owner when he left late last year, must have ripped something off and the wires were exposed....a potentially dangerous situation). James gave me a couple of options to resolve, didn't charge me for the additional fix and EVERYTHING I expected was done beyond my satisfaction. Dan

We had an old electrical panel that was maxed out on the number of breakers, and all the labels were mixed up; took advantage of an Angie's List "Big Deal" and Big Frog Electric did a fabulous job. Said they would be there Friday morning, and they arrived around 0830, ready to go. Took that thing apart (no easy feat) had about a million wires going this way and that, and the next thing I knew, it was all done, all labelled, and carefully tested. Put in a whole-house surge protector too, which we've been wanting. Can't say enough good things about Big Frog, and will call on them again should the need arise for any electrical work. Thank you!

Awesome!!! We used the Angie's list deal and they we great. I originally called EletricaMedics and they quoted me for the same exact thing for more than double the cost with a quote of 5800. vs. the 1400. Big Frog Electric came out and did the job for. The entire job took about half a day to do everything. The electrician Tim Parrot took the time to explain everything while he replaced the panel, the flood lights and added the new outlets. Tim cleaned up afterwards before leaving as there was a little mess afterwards when creating the new outlets and installing a larger panel. Tim is awesome. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. If you are in the market for electrical related contractors that know their work, who are very professional and will exceed your expectations, these are your guys. I will definitely use these guys again in the future and I confidently recommend them to others.
