Alan did a great job and was entertaining as he did the work. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very professional and also explained everything as he went along. Definitely I would hire Big Frog Electric the next time I need an electrician.

Big Frog was great! We used them to fix all the electrical needs after buying a house built in 1972. 3 days worth of work by multiple electricians to ensure all our concerns were addressed. James, the owner, worked out a fair price and we will definitely use them again the next time something comes up.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I didn't like them too much. He did all right. When he got out here, the price was different for everything. I was a little disgruntled over it. It wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be. They didn't do what they said they were going to do for 80 bucks. He was a nice guy. They called and told me when they were coming and they were here.

Went fine, Electrician got here at 8:30, had to make a run to Home Depot for Hardware and was finished by 12:00. I would use them again. The electrician had a lot of experience with ceiling fans and I felt comfortable that he new what he was doing.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work done. The electrician scheduled the job around my tight schedule. He called before he came and arrived at exactly the promised time. The work was done accurately, professionally, and he finished when he said he would. The clean up was meticulous (he even cleared up mess that he did not make). I would have absolutely no hesitation using them again.

It was a great experience and he did a pretty good service. I'm enjoying the lighting. I installed four more lights and they honored the same pricing. After fitting the recessed lights, my hanging light was kind of interfering between, so he moved that. I think he charged me around 70 or $75 for that. They were pretty knowledgeable and provided good service.

He arrived on time and accessed the correct size of the fixtures needed before beginning the job. He made sure the right size was used and did a great job installing and cleaning up behind himself.

It turned out fine. The owner actually came back and did some tweaking, but he made everything right and I was pleased with it. The first time they came out they couldn't do it because Georgia Power had to come and turn the electricity off from the meter. I did kind of feel that as a certified licensed electrician they should have known that, so I was a little aggravated because I had arranged my schedule around it. They did come back the next day, but I had to arrange for Georgia Power to come out. One guy, that I'm sure is just a contractor for Big Frog, did the actual work, but then when my air conditioner comes on my lights in the kitchen and dining room would dim. They have never done that before and that's why I called him back. The owner said that he would prefer to come back himself to take a look at it and he did. It took him a couple of weeks and he had a reason that he could not get back before then, but he came back and fixed it. All and All I guess it was okay and I thought the price was very good.

Very well. Alan did work for us before and we have always been extremely satisfied with his work and insight.

Big Frog Electrical is an excellent company to work with. In all aspects they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I had a +30 year old Federal Pacific electrical panel that needed replacement. Alan arrived at the scheduled time and accomplished the task in very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical service work.

Vadym arrived on time on the date scheduled and worked quickly and professionally to remove the old panel and breakers and install the new panel, breakers and surge protectors. I was very pleased with his work and how nice and polite he was the entire time. I was especially pleased when he placed down tarps to protect my hardwood floors from any dirt or debris that might have been tracked in from the van. I will definitely be using Big Frog Electric for any future electrical services on my home.

He came within the time specified. He also got us in sooner than he originally said. When I called to make the appointment, after buying the deal, I told him that my panel was a Federal Pacific and we were moving in Friday the 26th and would like it replaced before we moved all of our stuff in. He immediately said he could come the day we moved in. He labeled our panel, explained the breaker and very efficient. We had a lot going that day and worked well with everyone that showed up.

They moved a ceiling fan from above our kitchen island into a nearby bedroom. The fan was not centered above the island so they had to relocate the electrical box before hanging the new fixture. Upon taking down the fan, it was discovered that in addition to the fixture wiring, the box contained additional wiring that could not be moved. They moved the fixture wiring with no problem and had to put a blank switch plate over the old box for easy access in the future. It ended up working out fine as we will not need to have the hole in our ceiling patched up by another contractor now. The switch plate blends in very well with the white ceiling. And the new chandelier looks great in the new position! The moving of the ceiling fan to the nearby bedroom was great too. They even cleaned up the blades and glass light kit before hanging. Everything was protected as they did their work and they cleaned up when they were done.

Big Frog Electric has completed work for me on 3 occasions. The owner and electricians with whom I deal are friendly and knowledgeable. On this occasion, there was a mishap when one of the electricians fell in the attic while running wire, injuring himself and tearing a hole in my ceiling. James, the owner, hired a drywall/painter the same day to make the repairs. The person he hired did such a great job that I can't tell where the hole was in the ceiling. I paid the drywaller to repair at least 8 other areas for me while he was at the house. While it was unfortunate that the accident occurred in the first place, I write about it to let others know that Big Frog is professional, knowledgeable, and will not rest until you are completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely call on them again.

The provider was great, professional, on time and even went to buy the hardware that my fixture needed to support the fans. The guy did not look at any instructions, knew everything to do, when power needed to cut off and when not. Help ne understand which fan would work better with remote controls.

Awesome. James and the team at Big Frog is passionate about two things: providing quality, safe electrical work, and treating their customers well. His team identified a number of issues in our house after some faulty wiring almost started a fire. They responded immediately to inspect the wiring and then came back to fix everything. They were openly frustrated about the work the previous owner of the house had done (issues nobody with a reasonable knowledge of electrical work would create) and would not leave until they deemed our house safe. They're incredibly responsive in communication, and explained everything they were doing so that we had a better sense of how the house is set up. Would recommend them to anyone, whether they need complicated work done, or a simple switch installation.
