The installer came on time and installed 4 ceiling fans, as requested. Taking down one exiting fan in the process. The installer was professional and courteous. He completed his work quickly and took proper care to protect the new fans from scratches. Each fan was completely installed with no issues.

They installed 5 ceiling fans and one electrical outlet. They were very professional and I will definitely use them in the future for any electrical work I need done.

The experience went very well. Prompt response, timely scheduling, on-time completion. Derek (the technician) was very professional and answered all questions I had. I requested proof of insurance (one of the ideas Angie suggested). Unlike some providers this provider responded to this request with a tone that they also felt this step was important. If I have future electrical needs they will be at the top of my list.

I paid @ Angies list for this provider to provide service, then I was informed I needed to call the service provider (which surprised me) and a I called many times and left messages, they never called back and the service ahs still not bee performed. I want my money back Angies list !!!

I purchased a big deal for this company. I wasn't that satisfied with it. He actually had to come back twice to get the job done. It wasn't quite up to my expectations. It was a new fan I purchased myself and we installed the fan and the fan wouldn't work, we thought the fan was defective. But I didn't believe that so I went and bought another fan and he came back and he charged me another $65 to install the new fan. It didn't go too well. It's the same fan so I don't know, I think maybe he didn't know how to install it to be honest with you. I took the fan back to the store and it worked. But they made me purchase another fan.

My first service with Angie's List and I am totally pleased with purchasing, scheduling, price, and service.

Their services worked out just fine. They did what they were supposed to do. They were professional. I didn't have any issues with them.

All went well until the technician, Derek, broke one of the motion detectors and tried to cover it up by wrapping it up with electrical tape and did not say anything as I paid him and he left. The next day when I noticed it I called the owner and explained it too him he informed me that Derek would purchase a new motion detector and install it the next day...About an hour later I see a pick up in my driveway and out pops Derek installing a new motion detector!!!

It was fine. I used them a few weeks after I purchased the deal. One guy came out for a couple of hours of service, it was not long. They’re awesome.

The old fan had already been removed ---so the Big Frog Electrician's (initials DD) work started with removal of the old electric box to which the old fan was attached and which I and DD considered not secure enought (nailed to a wooden brace between floor joice) to safely support a heavy ceiling fan---worry free over the years to come. To accomplish this a decision was made to install and secure a new electric box to an extension brace which is installed between 2 floor joice and, in turn, secure the new fan to this new electric box which was designed for such. Installing the extension brace turned out to be a tougher task than I had imagined because of the small hole in the ceiling thru which the work had to be done while standing on a stepladder (this was the bottom room of a 2 story house and there was no access from above). Installing an extension brace is generally not a hard task---but in this case the floor joice measured a little closer than 16" apart and the extension brace that I bought for this job was desighned to fit between floor joice that are 16" to 24" apart. It took creativity, experience and patience to properly work the brace into place but fortunately DD possessed these assets/talents/etc. and finally got the brace in place, saving having to search/shop for a shorter extension brace (if such exists) and having to make a second trip on another day to finish the job. The rest of the installation job (wiring, etc.) went smoothly and the ceiling fan and the lights work like they are suppose to.--"GOOD JOB DD" ---by a satisfied customer--- Robert Koch.

The deal was for two recessed lights. I contacted Big Frog to see if I could use the coupon to install two new junction boxes and pendant lights. They responded quickly that that was acceptable. When I purchased the deal from Big Frog, they contacted me immediately to set a time based on the choices I provided. Vadym did an excellent job. He called and asked if he could come early. He arrived at the time he said. He covered everything and cleaned up after he completed the lights. He was courteous and professional. He rechecked the position of the lights with me. He even complemented me on the choice of fixtures. He provided a receipt immediately. I would definitely use Big Frog Electric again.

Went extremely well. The electrician was prompt and very courteous. I will definitely use Big Frog in the very near future.

All communications with Big Frog electric were courteous and timely, and the service technician was on time for the appointment. He was thorough in explaining the work to be performed, and worked to time the period of time when the house power was cut off for the work with my own needs as I was working at home for the appointment. The technician also looked at and reviewed the existing wiring. We had to do a small amount of clean up after the service appointment but that was not a problem. The only item I noted that required my fixing later was a small section of chair molding that had split when the techician cut it to make room for the new panel. Overall the quality of the work and the professionalism of Big Frog and their technical staff were very good, and we will definitely look to work with them agian if we have additional electrical repair or service needs.

It went well. The new box was larger yet they arranged to center working parts in the smaller opening. I got a new, safe and larger panel without sacrificing home design features.

It went very well. The electrician was very helpful in identifying the proper placement of the lights. He was cautious when cutting into the ceiling to ensure no damage to other lights and plumbing. He cleaned up and left the house as it was when he arrived. We are very happy with the new lights and the service from Big Frog!

Definitely knew what he was doing. My installation did not provide any major obstacles, however the technician did not arrive with the lights, and had to go to the Home Depot to acquire them. Maybe that's SOP, but it lengthened the process by more than an hour. Other than the time spent completing the job, we are completely happy with the results.

Tim came on time and did a great job. We had a whole list of outlets and switches that didn't appear to work and he fixed or diagnosed practically 100% of the items. He even repaired a landscaping item issue I couldnt resolve. I am still waiting for the quote for additional work done but felt very comfortable about the price and quality of the work. Would definitely use them again.

It went well. He was very informative and very helpful in deciding where the fans would go.I have scheduled another installation in the near future. I can't praise them enough!

These guys are great! Alan and Michael kept me updated on progress and worked diligently to provide a top quality installation. I am having them come back for additional work. Highly recommended.
