James called to say that he was just a little behind schedule. When he arrived, which was just a short time after the scheduled time, he apologized for the delay. He explained everything to me, especially since my kitchen was under the my bathrooms and it might be a challenge to cut through my kitchen ceiling. However, everything went well. He was very personable and professional. After completion of installing my recessed lights, he cleaned up the mess and disposed of the trash. I am truly excited with the recessed lighting, it's just wanted I needed. I absolutely will use Big Frog Electric again. I have already referred them to a friend.

I highly recommend this company on several accounts. I called Big Frog on early Saturday morning and the representative said a technician could come out between 2 and 4.00 that afternoon. They got delayed at another job across town; however, they called at 4.45pm to follow up and although it was after hours said they would stop by to check it out. James and Michael arrived at 6.00pm as they said they would and repaired the burnt wiring in the light fixture along with checking out the breaker panel thoroughly within half an hour. James was very knowledgeable and professional and shared some great tips on how to avoid breakers from tripping. He even checked the attic to make sure there was no water leakage around the ceiling near the light fixture, which was above and beyond my expectations. These guys really honest and generous with their services which is a rare treat these days. I will certainly be calling them again if I need any electrical work done.

They did a great job. The money was what we thought it was going to be. It was for installing two ceiling fans and my husband actually wanted them to replace the ceiling fan in our great room but we have 20-foot ceilings and they couldn’t do it. My husband thought they could just replace the ceiling fans from where it was hanging and they said they had to actually go all the way to the roof, I mean, all the way to the ceiling and so we only ended up having one installed. But what they ended up doing, because we had two in there, was they repaired that ceiling fan so it was just as good and we were able to take back the other ceiling fan. So, it really worked out, financially, better for us. Everything was good. It was perfect.

It was excellent. He came on time and did all the installations. In fact, I booked one at the very last moment. He also completed that. So I'm very happy with the service. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because I took some additional services. Along with fan installation I also got my TV cables concealed. I paid for that but they didn't charge me anything extra for the fan service. I'm very happy with their performance. He was exactly on time and finished work on time. So I'm very satisfied with it. I'm very happy with the price also.

The install of the bathroom fan went so well we asked if he could stay and wire a ceiling fan in our livingroom that didn't have one. He was able to stay and both projects went flawlessly and we are very very pleased.

Crew showed up on time and were very thorough and professional. Mounted flat screen TV onto wall and were careful to clean up dust afterwards.

They replaced the main electrical panel and installed a whole house surge protector. The electrician arrived at the appointed time and only took about 3 hours to install the new panel will all new breakers and a main disconnect. The whole house surge protector was installed on a return visit at which time they also labeled the breakers in the electrical panel.

I bought 2 "big deals" for changing 2 fixtures each. We had 2 homes to change fixtures. On Day 1, the technician was prompt and put together 2 chandelier fixtures and replaced the old ones in the first home. The second home , he did not have the appropriate size ladder so work required additional day. On 2nd day, I added some additional work to replace fixtures that required the 14foot ladder. The technician was delayed ; the work itself was done fine. I was somewhat disappointed that I was not told the correct info on the first visit about the correct equipment to buy. I was asked to go to the store to buy some additional wire and the right chain for the fixture. I was told about this the first day but not given explicit instructions. THe second technician correctly told me exactly what to get and it was relatively easy to find from Lowes. The technician did a good job once the part was obtained. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the first and second day with the work needed (and perhaps supplies). Although the final product was satisfactory, I have had smoother dealings with another company in the past.

They came out six or eight months ago and the service turned out fine. It was actually pretty open and shot, no stand out. It was the same day, they showed up on time and they did the work. It took them whole day but they did a good job. It was a fine job.

They were very good. It was very high, it was a 19-foot ceiling fan.

They were on time, quick and knew what they were doing. They fixed another little thing and didn't charge me for it.

He was great, I had one issue and I notified him and made arrangements with him he came out and fixed the problem right away.

They quickly evaluated what they need, grabbed all the stuff they needed, got in, got it installed, we're done by the end of the day. They cleaned everything up. Everything was back how it was like they were never there except we had the new panels. It was very positive. The guys were great. They did a wonderful job. I would use them in the future.

The job was huge and presented all kinds of difficulty. Not once did they lose their patience or complained. They were friendly and efficient answering all questions I, as a nosy customer, had. I will definitely use Big Frog Electric again when I need electrical work done.

Tim did a great job. He took down an old out of date fan and hung the new fan in my sunroom in less than 10 minutes, would have taken me way longer. Then he replaced a burnt switch in my basement bathroom, the light fixture wasn't working and then installed a new light fixture in the bathroom. It was a great experience, next time I require electrical work I won't hesitate to call Big Frog!

Installation of new panel and whole home surge protector (deal purchased through Angie's list. Young man, "V", who did the work, was on-time, professional, and worked efficiently. We have scheduled Big Frog to return to our home 11/14/2013 to quote some additional electric work in the house.

Installed two new recessed lights off existing circuits. The connections were not straightforward - but they did a great job.

Installed can lights in my daughter's bedroom. Was punctual, professional, polite and I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I would highly recommend this company. The installer, Derek, was fantastic. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional. He went out of his way to get each fixture exactly as we wanted them, and explained features, and remote operation. I'm glad I hired these guys, they did an excellent job--and the fixtures look and work great.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The work was meticulous. The contractor was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. We had another electrician out to resolve the same issues and were quoted a much higher price and told the job would take 5-6 hours and may take a team of 2-3 guys. Big Frog sent out one guy who knocked out the job flawlessly in 2 hours. We could not be happier with the end result. We would HIGHLY recommend Big Frog and will use them for any and all electrical projects that we have in the future. I wish Big Frog did more than just electrical work. I'd use them for everything.

I purchased their coupon for 2 fans or lights installed for 99.00. They called to schedule w/in 24 hours, were great when we had to reschedule, and arrived promptly for their appt. The electrician was professional, courteous and performed the work very efficiently. He replaced two fans in about an hour, and re-wired our connections so that everything worked properly and sensibly. No marks on the ceilings, no trash scattered on the floor.....no loud music or annoying calls while he was here. VERY professional. We will absolutely be using them again, as I have three more fans to replace and many canned lights I want installed. Great company!!
