It required certain wiring and a switch. Luckily I had a second choice picked out! He was great, fairly quick, and cleaned up.

Big Frog installed an outdoor outlet. Alan was on time, personable, and professional. He also offered me some tips on electrical safety. I was pleased with the work.

Purchased a Angie's list deal for outdoor outlet. Dispite a miscommunication between my order and the tech everything went smoothly. Was not contacted before hand and they just showed up. They only revived my address and not my phone from Angie's list so could not call to confirm. Luckily I was home. I purchased this for my mothers home so he got in his truck and met me over there (only a few miles away). It only took him a few min to actually complete the job. And it works wonderfully.

We purchased the coupon that states: $125 for an Exterior Outlet Parts & Installation Included! Thats not the case at all ? that offer has stipulations that is not stated. While the technician was here we both read the offer and the FINE PRINT . That offer is for an extra outlet back to back with an existing outlet and up to so many feet but is not stated in the offer ? ? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ? as the offer is for $125 for an Exterior Outlet Parts & Installation Included!

Smooth install; no damage; great results

Prompt arrival. Called when enroute. Courteous service. Took about 4 hours total. Estimate was about 5 hours for panel. Always better to estimate on the high side and finish quicker. Changes in outlets were not included in original request. Easily added at right price. Job site totally cleaned after complete. Would definitely consider for future jobs. Totally professional, friendly and courteous.

It was a very good experience and it went very well. I did spend more than the deal because I added some other things. The service was good and I was happy with it.

Our appointment was for arrival between 9-11, but Derrick arrived promptly at 9:00. After a short discussion of how we wanted the lights to be installed and the need for a new switch to be installed, he went right to work installing the cans in our living room. Within three hours, he had the cans installed, ran the wiring, installed the new switch and cleaned the work space. The lights look wonderful and we are amazed at what a difference it made in our otherwise dark living room. Derrick was a true professional and it was apparent that he takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. We will definitely use Big Frog again for our electrical and lighting needs.

Can't remember when the work was done but have requested more recessed lighting and the same installer. Can't give a better review than requested repeat work. Very pleased with Frog Electric and Angie's List. Thank You.

I was given an appointment in less than a week's time feom calling. When it seemed like the technician was going to miss his arrival window, the company owner turned up to get the job started so I wouldnt be held up. The technician arrived shortly after. He was friendly and smart, but very talkative! He chatted through the whole project, but he did a great job, and even went the extra mile for me, plugging an unsightly hole that was left under the old fixture. All in all, I enjoyed doing business with them, and WILL call them back for our next electrical project.

Big Frog was quick to set up an appt. and respond to emails. They arrived on time and kept me informed as the job progressed.

Using an Angie's List deal I had them install and outside outlet. A great, professional job.

It's was a rainy evening and cold outside but Alan did a great.

This is our second time using Big Frog, and we could not be more pleased. Vadym was our technician both times- He's GREAT!! Absolutely meticulous and both a gentleman and a professional. Big Frog has been nothing short of fantastic. I've always been hesitant to do any electrical renovations in our home because I didn't know where to begin. Now, that I've found Big Frog, I want to swap out every light fixture in our home to update it. Big Frog does great work at a fair price. They're always punctual and the customer service is spot on. This time we used Big Frog to wall mount a TV. When my Husband saw where I mounted it, he told me I went a tad too high. I called Vadym and he turned right around and remounted it for us at no charge, saving me from the doghouse. Thank you Vadym! Thank you Big Frog. I'm sure we'll be in touch again soon.

I will hire again in the future for another project we are getting ready to start.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. It cost us a little more because it was a higher ceiling but we knew that going in. They were very accommodating and very nice, which we appreciated.

It was nice. I didn't spend anything extra for the service. After I purchased the service nobody called me. So I waited about 4 weeks and I called them and we scheduled. They came out abut a week after and did the job and it was OK. I was pretty satisfied.

A few days before the job, Derek, the Tech, came out, reviewed what I needed to have done, discussed options, and provided an estimate. He was professional and extremely helpful w/options. Although I had just met Derek, based on his suggestions and manner, I trusted him to select a new style for my kitchen lighting, and was absolutely pleased w/his suggestion. The day of the job, Derek was on time, fast, answered all my questions, and did a great job w/all the installations! I highly recommend Big Frog Electric, and Derek is definitely my choice for any future electrical work.

They advised that we owed them another 129 for the switch to turn the lights on. They made a complete mess where they put the lights up. They sawed the sheet rock above my desk and left the renderings of the sawing on my desk including the sheet rock pieces. Nowhere on the advertisement did they state the switch was at an additional cost. This was a total rip off. I would give them an “F” rating for Cleanliness and cleanup.

The tech showed up on time, had all necessary tools and parts to perform the work, and did so in a timely manner. He was. Dry professional.

Had 12 six inch recessed lights installed. The install went great. The electrician did a great job and did not damage the ceilings during the processes. I plan to use Big Frog for other lighting needs.
