Everything went great, the installer new his job everything went like clock work.

Our electrician seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Work went swiftly he straigtened out wires and labeled all the circuit breakers carefully. All in all a very good experience.

Technician installed six recessed lights in kitchen nook and hallways. Service went well and all lights meet expectations.

Pros: Technician was punctual, courteous and called before arriving. Technician had name badge. Technician checked with me (that I saved my computer work) before shutting house electricity off to perform the panel replacement. Switches and outlets worked properly after panel replacement. Technician left business card before leaving. Cons: Technician was not in company uniform nor a company marked van. I supplied floor lamp to technician, his work light wasn't working. Technician cut and removed wall stud section (40") for the new panel. Technician only copied circuit breaker labels from the old panel door that I had labeled (leaving the remaining circuits void of label); and his handwriting was so bad that I relabeled the panel directory. Work area required further vacuum cleaning afterwards. My old electric panel was installed in 1982 and the circuit breakers were starting to show signs of age with small cracks in the breakers. For safety reasons I deemed 'the deal' a good time for the replacement; also, this deal included whole-house surge protection (I still maintain surge protectors for my electronics).My old panel was sturdy, heavy duty steel cabinet installed between two wall studs and my new cabinet is a flimsy aluminum unit installed between one and a half wall stud. Given the experience, I wish I had only replaced the circuit breakers without the panel cabinet.

They've got great guys working for them. They did a lot of the pricing and product research for me as well which was wonderful. I found Big Frog Electric on Angie's List and they had a great recommendation and great ratings. He came out and did a great job and I believe if you find someone good that you should keep using them. They were really good about keeping us informed and explained everything to me as well as giving us suggestions about what we should be doing in the future.

I made 2 Angie's List Big Deal purchases. It went great! It was the second time I have used them. They were just punctual, they showed up when they said they were going to show up, they were very quick and efficient, didn't make a mess, and were in and out pretty quickly. They were very professional. There were no extra charges. It was very good.

The work was very professionally performed and resulted in NO damage to any drywall in our trey ceilings. The new lights look great and I was able to add a dimmer switch in both rooms after they completed the wiring in each room. We took advantage of the Big Deal they offered and it was definitely worth it. We had a comparable quote from another remodeling company that quoted us double the price to do the same work they performed for around $600. Additionally, at no cost, the technician that came onsite offered to take a look at a garbage disposal unit in our wet bar area that was clogged would not run. We previously had a plumber look at it who said it was seized up and needed to be replaced. The technician was able to even fix this at no charge. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS A PROVIDER!

He was fast, neat, and we were able to arrange to get a larger vent fan.

We used the prepaid certificates and paid for additional cans out of pocket at the certificate rate. GreenFrog arrived on time, finished in one day, even as we expanded the scope. We asked for an additional proposal which we are scheduled to have the work done within the coming week._The techs were clean, set down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. Because of the configuration of our framing, they had to make an access hole requiring sheet rock work after (one six-inch round cut where the sheet rock was screwed back in- we handled the repair with minor spackling of the cut and left over ceiling paint). This was also an unforeseen cost not included with the certificates, but discussed up front. GreenFrog identified this conflict as a potential issue up front and discussed the options before getting started- there were NO SURPRISES.

It was very good. They were efficient and fast. He was able to access my condominium. He was very prompt. Overall, it was very good service.

IT went well. Electricain swappped out fire hazardous electrical panel. Electricain was on time and professional. He completed the job in the amount of hours he said we going to do it in. I was given a set price upfront. Thats what I paid after the job was complete.

The technician was running late, and it was fine because he informed me that he was running late, and he kept me informed of his ETA. He came in and did his work quickly, which was fine. I thought that it involved that it was hiding the wires in the wall, but he didn't do that, but it was fine. The work was very fast, and I think it was really well done. The work done was definitely more than the 75 Dollars that I paid, and so I thought it was a great deal.

$125 for 20 minutes of work... All to connect 3 wires to a dishwasher, and remove 3 wires from the oven outlet was too expensive for me. So based on that they're charging $375 an hour. Work was done but anyone that can hook up a light switch, outlet or electrical fan could have done this. Suppose I should also mention that the guy helped me move the oven from the garage into the kitchen. When the guy offered to fix a couple of switches for another $125 it just came across as being greedy.

James and one of his technicians repaired several faulty GFCIs, replaced an exterior light, repaired the wiring to my overhead microwave, fixed my a/c disconnect, and replaced a couple of outlets. They were on time and professional. James explained what needed to be repaired now for safety reasons and listed a couple of items to keep an eye on for replacement in the future. I appreciate that he made this distinction and didn't push for me to fix everything all at once. Having just bought this home, I have to prioritize repairs and focus on the necessities. I am also appreciative of how James handled the issue with Alan and would look to Big Frog in the future for electric work.

Big Frog Electric arrived on time, finished the job promptly, and cleaned up well. The technician was professional and courteous. The whole process was all very efficient, which is sometimes hard to come by. I recommend them to others and will call upon Big Frog again for electrician services.

Vadym was the technician and he did a thorough electrical inspection of my split level house that was built in the early 1970's. I knew I had multiple outlet problems. I was concerned about the electrical safety of my house. Vadym showed me the safety issues with my outlets. I had all outlets replaced. Vadym reminded me of physician specialists whom I've worked with. He was thorough, explained the issues on a level I could understand, made his expert recommendations, and allowed me to make decisions about what work I wanted to have done with no sales pressure. He proceeded to do the work quickly, thoroughly, and was most helpful. The fan that he replaced in the bathroom was a much higher quality than the fan that was in use. There is no steam on the bathroom mirror after a shower! I do wish all professionals had Vadym's skills in customer service! He was a wonderful representative for his company.

I met with vadym to recieve a quote on the work to be done. We went over all my request and he give me a price. He was very professional without any pressure. I initially schedule service with James on Thursday. He was also very easy to work with. A few days before the work was to begin I call James to see if I could reschedule it for the next day and he was very accomodating. Vaddym showed up on time and was ready to begin. He performed the work as agreed and was even able to fix a few extras. He was great and I will be using there service again. Great company

We purchased a big deal for 4 recessed light installation - we ended up purchasing two more lights. The technician was so nice and thorough. He answered all our questions and we are very pleased with the result. He cleaned up after himself. There was no overhead lighting in the room at all before, so the difference is unbelievable. I can't wait to use Big Frog again.

Awesome. The guy showed up on time and was able to wire and install my ceiling fan for a price better than all of his competitors. Everyone else said they were going to need to tear out the sheetrock and make a mess in order to install the wiring. But Big Frog Electric figured out how to get the wire through the small crawl space above my room by ripping out a section of floorboard with a crowbar and drilling the wire through that way. He also figured out how to utilize the mystery light switch in the room (which I hadn't figured out its use since moving into the house). Turned out it powered a wall socket behind a bookshelf, and the socket itself was dead -- which he gladly fixed. So I got a quality service for a superior price that didn't require any further repair work on my part. I was super, super, super, super happy with Big Frog Electric, and I enthusiastically recommend them to everybody who needs electrical work. And my particular electrician had extensive Doctor Who knowledge, so bonus points for that.
