It went very well. The technician arrived on time. He introduced himself and listened patiently as I explained everything. He was very professional in his attitude and job skills. At one point he had a minor problem and called my attention to it. I really respect his integrity for doing so. Everything worked perfectly when he was done. I will definitely hire Big Frog for my next project.

Big Frog is not in the Union City, ga area as you indicated on your web site. Please fix.

The guys from Big Frog came on time, and since there were three of them - they made quick work of taking my THREE old ceiling fans down and replacing them with the new ceiling fans that I had already purchased. Fast - nice and professional, and the price was reasonable too! I will use them again.

Before I found these guys on Angie’s list every other electrician that I talked to was way too expensive. These guys had a reasonable price, excellent service, and the guy I spoke to was really very patient and explained everything well

Two ceiling fans were improperly installed in my home. The one in my spare room had completely disconnected from the ceiling and was hanging by a wire. The second in my baby's room was slowly buy surely falling and I was deathly afraid it would fall on my kid so she couldn't go into her room till it was repaired. Big Frog Electric may be a smaller organization compared to other guys but they are amazing! I received two quotes, one from Big Frog and second from a well-known larger electrical company. First, there was a $300 difference for the project. Second, I made a appointment with Big Frog within 48hrs of my initial contact while I would have had to wait a week and half for the other company. I spoke to Alan at Big Frog and he knew exactly what was going on from how I described it over the phone and worked with me to make sure the work was done in the less expensive way. He was exactly right, I saved hundreds and was able to mark this project done! Quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Cant go wrong with Big Frog!

They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They told me the kind of lights to purchase and quoted a price for eac installation. I was very pleased with the result. They installed 4 lights.

James Crofutt and his crews are the best! James and all of his crew were respectful and easy to work with. Not only did they call ahead to confirm the date and time of arrival, they also reminded me to be ready for the power to be off for several hours but that it would be back in by end of day. They were on time, and communicated well throughout the project. They also made the smallest holes possible to access the wiring for our upgrades. They cleaned up behind themselves as well. Did I mention their rates were transparent and reasonable. I recommend James and his company whioleheartrdly. You will not regret hiring this company!
