Technician knew what was needed and did a great job installing the canned lights and wiring modifications that we requested.

The electrician from Big Frog was perfect. He explained all the in's and out's of the panel and made a few suggestions. He took just as long as he said he would. I would definitely hire Big Frog again.

Communication was great from the time I purchase the special deal, up to and including the install itself. I received a notice from Big Frog the day after I made the purchase to let them know when I would like to schedule the install. Unfortunately I didn't have the 2nd fan at that time so it I let them know it would be a little time before I was ready. When I did contact them that I was ready for the install someone immediately got back with me to schedule a date and time that worked for me. On the morning of the install, I was contacted to let me know the installer would be at my residence within 30 minutes to do the install. My installer arrived within the time frame and got to work on the first fan, assembly and install was great. The second fan went up faster and easier than the first fan. My installer worked safe and cleaned up everything before he left. He also walked me through the operation of the remote for the new fan, making sure that I was familiar with the operation and had no additional questions before he left.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. They were great. He was nice. He accidentally came out on a wrong day and he came back on a day that was better for me. He also wasn't clear on what I needed so when I explained it to him, he came back with all the proper parts and didn't have a complaint or worry about it. He was really good. There was some confusion in the order in the beginning but he really straightened it out. I think they had gotten overwhelmed with responses for the Angie's List Deal and some of the appointments got mixed up. The deal was to hang 2 ceiling fans or lights and he came prepared to hang ceiling fans but I just needed lights. He did a good job. I stayed within the Deal amount and didn't spend any additional. He didn't try to upsell me on anything.

I purchased 2 Big Deals from this company. The first one was for the ceiling fan installation and this Big Deal I had them install two pot lights.

Big Frog did the wall mount in a timely fashion and charged me a fraction of what I would have paid another provider. I used the $75.00 coupon and paid a small additional amount for the hidden power outlet. I was very happy with the work, so much so, that neighbors who saw what I had done have joined Angie's List. Thank you Big Frog and I would be more than happy to refer you to any of my friends and neighbors and use you for any of my future electrical needs...Job Well Done! CJ

V call letting me know he was running behind schedule. He jumped right into it when he arrived. After verifying the location of certain fixtures, he began - but not before he invited me to ask questions at any time, should they arise. Prep to wrap up and everything in between was done quite professionally. He was also very helpful as I inquired about other electrical projects that are on my list.

Let me just say that this was a great experience. I bought a deal for the installation of 2 ceiling fans for $139 from Angie's List after reading many good reviews from this company. I think what impressed me most was how customer-oriented they are. We had an appointment scheduled, but then I had to reschedule. Unfortunately, after I rescheduled there was a mix up and I wasn't on the schedule for the day that I they were supposed to complete the job. When I called, they immediately apologized for the mix up and then came out to my place within 45 minutes. I understand mix ups happen, and I was really impressed with how they handled things. They also did an amazing job installing the two ceiling fans. I could easily tell that they took pride in their work and wanted to do everything possible to make sure that I was happy. I plan to use them again for all of my electrical needs and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. I am confident that they will go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy.

Tim showed up on time and was very professional. The fans were installed perfectly. No loud noise or wobbling when the fans are running. We are very pleased with his work and plan to use him again in the future for other electrical projects in the basement.

The service person was extremely nice and punctual. The only disappointment was that he took a nick in the ceiling and didn't mention it. It will have to be repaired with spackle and paint.

I have used BFE three separate times and have been very pleased with all services performed. Scheduling an appointment is very easy and I have been able to have an electrician at my house within a couple of days of my initial call each time. The staff members are always on-time and extremely courteous/friendly. They are very quick, knowledgeable, and clean up after they complete the job. Their prices are great too. I have recommended BFE to multiple people, and they have all been equally as pleased with their work. Great company!

It turned out well. The electrician did a really nice job and was very professional. Scheduling also turned out well and they were here on-time. The cost was reasonable.

the guy call before he came out because i had only purchased 4 fans for four bedrooms, but i needed the fifth bedroom to have a fan also but didn't have a box for a ceiling fan, so he said he would go by home depot & pick up one for me & he would only charge me for the box, not the service to put it up. After he left home depot he came right over & started working on one room at a time, while i was putting the fans together for him. It didn't take him very long to finish the work, i paid him for the extra box $25 with the other fixtures i paid online through Angie's list & the total came up to $125.

The installation went well and was done quickly and professionally. The installer offered helpful suggestions regarding hiding the electrical wiring as the outlet was several feet from where the tv was mounted and and he was willing to help move a heavy console tv that the wall mounted tv replaced down a flight of stairs so that it could be moved from the residence. The company could improve it's email communications through the Angie's List web site as they had to be prompted on at least one occasion regarding scheduling an installation date.

Note: I am a repeat Customer. Once again a great experience with Big Frog Electric. Derek was the technician. He worked efficiently installing 2 fixtures. I had some questions about my office set up and Derek evaluated and determined no work was required. It is nice to have found a company that puts the Customer first. Their prices are fair. They provide honest recommendations and let the Customer choose. No hard selling...just the facts. Thank you Big Frog Electric.
