Big Frog Electric

I like their price. Most people charge me for $100-$130 to put one candle light in. And I got 2 of them for $70. They came back and brought some others and replaced them for free and did not charge me anything. So, I thought it was really good. They were candle lights up in the ceiling.

It went fine! I only paid what was on the Big Deal. They took out an existing light and installed the fan. They checked to see if I needed additional duct work and I did not. It was all quick and easy. I guess I would have to give them an 'A'.

It was fine and they were able to work that out.

They did not try and upsell me. The job was probably a little more difficult due to the outdated nature of my panel, but they performed the task with no complaints. Were in and out within the day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Awesome! On time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. Even through in the covers for the outlets he installed to be able to hide the cords. Would use again, absolutely.

I called Joe, the owner on Wednesday and told him that our GFCI outlets were going out. I tried to schedule with him to check it in two weeks, because we're leaving town next week. He felt it was important to get this fixed before we left town and asked if he could come on Saturday, instead. And that he did. He texted the night before that he was coming, and said he'd pick up supplies at 9 am and be by after that. At 9:17 he texted he was on the way to our house. Joe was able to locate the problem with the GFCI circuit and we found it was due to an error with our renovation contractor. Because of this error, Joe thoroughly checked our entire home for electrical issues. He was polite, professional and a very nice guy. He updated us on his progress and went over everything he was doing. He changed out our electrical panel and did all the work mentioned above. And, worked until 6:15 PM on a Saturday to complete the work. Nothing was left undone. He labeled all the circuits, explained them and even insisted on vacuuming the room where the panel was. I have used Big Frog before and am happy to have found them. I'm always over-the-top pleased!

The service turned out good. They came out within a couple of days after we purchased it, and there were no additional charges. They were very good. We haven't had any issues since they installed them.

The electrician was wonderful, prompt, professional and cleaned up after the job. The work they did was worth twice the cost of the Angie's List Big Deal special. I would use this company's services again.

Big Frog Electric showed up same day I called for the estimate. They provided a very good estimate and because they understood the timeline constraint I had, they did the job right then and there. These guys are now considered "my electricians" and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Electrician was punctual and friendly. He put in the outlet quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I was able to use the outlet for Christmas lights.

You are not going to find a more customer service oriented company that does such great work. I wanted my TV mounted above our fireplace and three speakers also mounted and I did not want to see single wire. Sent an email request via there website and got a response from the owner James within minutes. We discussed what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate. I asked him if he could send someone out and give me a firm number. He said sure how is tomorrow? I wasn't going to be home so we agreed to make it Friday between 1 and 3. He called me at 11:30 and asked if he could come earlier as he was free. Met him at the house at noon to show him what I wanted done. We agreed on $350 for the install of the TV and speakers. We have an XBOX One hooked up and were just going to let the kinect wire show, but James assured me that he could hide that wire as well. He was to have one of his guys come back the following Friday at 9 to do the install. Derek showed up on time and got right to work. He did exactly as James said he would. Mounted everything real nice, no wires can be seen. Just looks fantastic. Even hid the Kinect wire which is awesome. Service and finished product look exactly as we discussed and as I had hoped. Price was firm with no surprises. Even though I only needed one HDMI hooked up, they hooked up 3 and did not charge me any additional money for any of the cables I needed. Just a great experience with Big Frog. I'll have them back to fix my network issues, hang a couple of new TVs and help wit hteh finishing of my basement. These are people you can trust!

The price was really good. The guy was great, he was very courteous and on time. They did a good job. One light was a little off center, which kind of bugged me, but I don’t even notice it now. They didn’t line up the lights properly but it wasn’t really enough to complain. I would probably use them again. I should have been on top of him but I was busy; I should have watched him.

Excellent service. We contacted them mid-morning on 3.18.14. They called back around noon to schedule an appointment window of 1pm - 3pm the same day. They showed up around 2pm and the job was completed by 2:30pm. I couldn't be more happy with their responsiveness and how quickly they finished the job. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

That worked out well. Just one technician came out and it took him about 5 hours. He did 3 TV mountings for me. I was satisfied.

They had a special deal going and they were excellent. He was very efficient and cleaned up nicely. He was very conscientious. It was one young man and he did what he had to do. We talked and he was friendly. He was very fastidious. He swept and cleaned the counters. He did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and the installer was both knowledgable and had a great personality (I was home during the install so I got to talk with him). He also provided me with guidance to ensure that whoever was reinstalling my countertops made sure that the electric connections were done correctly.
