The technician that came to our house was very friendly and knowledgable. He gave a lot of thought on where to place the protector for maximal protection. We also used Big Frog previously for a home theater takedown along with ceiling fan repair work. The pricing was very competitive and the quality was outstanding!!

There was a slight hiccup in scheduling but it was corrected to my satisfaction immediately. Vadym said it would take 3 hours and he finished in 3 hours. There was a little drywall damage where it was necessary to cut the old panel out of the wall. He left the area very clean. He was very professional and I definitely would recommend him. .

They did a great job. FAST, knowledgeable and very professional. Installed 5 ceiling fans on high vaulting ceilings a lot faster than I could have done myself. I would definitely use Big Frog again!

The wiring to supply the light was a bit tricky, but, the technician had no problems and was in and out in a little over an hour. He was courteous and cleaned up after the job. Although you would expect this, my experience has been that most contractors don't do this.

They always do good work for me. I plan to use them soon here too. They come on time and do a good job. They are neat, professional, and they are knowledgeable. They know what they are doing.

They are terrific! This is the second time that we've used Big Frog. Previously, they hung a television and replaced a fluorescent fixture in our laundry room. That experience was excellent, as well. We purchased an Angie's List deal for four canister lights. With the way our current lights are installed, we couldn't figure out a place for four lights. Big Frog installed three. They were professional, timely, neat--and everything looks great. The service was easy to schedule. Their communication was good. I can't say enough good things about them as a company. I'm already planning our next project(s) with them!! Thanks!

I have used them on 2 occasions and had a great experience both times. I first had them repair a faulty light in my closet and 2 outlets. I think they only charged around $90. I later used them to hand a 60" tv on the wall. They provided the mount and were in and out in about an hour for $150. It was a great help as I would still be trying to hang that thing. I called the number listed and it appears to be someone's cell phone. He is often working so they request sending an email to confirm the conversation. Great service and people.

They came on time & were very pleasant in their demeanor. Worked fast and well. In fact, they told me that fixing the light fixture was such an easy task that they were going to put a credit on my account with them so that the next time I needed an electrician I could use the credit towards that task. I was very impressed with that. They were neat as well.

My initial call to Big Frog Electric was to repair the light fixture at the front entrance that was not working. Big Frog's technician replaced the light bulb and the photo eye. About a week later, the light was out again and Big Frog returned with a new heavy duty photo eye, thinking that was the problem. Again the light went out and when I called James, the owner, he said that he would order a new fixture and be by to install it when the new fixture came in. James said that he was determined to figure out what the problem was and finally we know. Whoever installed the original fixture nicked the wiring when pushing the stake of the fixture into the ground. Water was seeping into the hole and shorting the light out. We now have new conduit and a new, heavy duty fixture. James guaranteed their work and did not charge us for any of the subsequent work! What awesome customer service!! Big Frog Electric is the best and I will definitely use them again!

Arrived on time. A curio cabinet needed to be moved, also a 50" table to allow access to the wall. Components I did not have were available on the truck. Electrical changes needed to conceal the wiring were neatly done. Cleaned up all the "dust." When installation was complete and table and curio were back in place, the set was dead center over the table and between two curios.

James, the owner, was so helpful over the phone when we discussed my Angie's list coupon and what I wanted. He listened well, sent an amazing electrician, and delivered amazing results! Vadym, the electrician, arrived when expected, listened to my questions, gave opinions, and then when he was ready to start, I asked him if I should cover the furniture with sheets, and he said, "Oh no, I will do that!" And he did. The hardwood floors and furniture were all protected. And when he was done, everything was nice and neat and my living room needed no cleaning! He took down the 2 large chandeliers and ran the wire through without having to add any extra holes in the ceiling, put the 2 can lights in and it was fabulous. (For my second coupon, he added 2 more can lights, but that's the next glowing review.) We have had a lot of remodeling done, and I have never been so impressed with the neatness, efficiency, expertise, and finished result as I have with this experience. And from start to finish, including our 10 minute discussion, it only took 2 hours! Amazing!

We were very happy with this contractor. The electrician was punctual, and courteous to my wife - he performed the work, answered additional questions, and helped us get an idea of other work that we may plan in the future. Overall, and very good experience. We will use this company again in the future.

This went awesome! First off I was relocating and had to trust the work would be completed while I wasn't at the home. They treated the job like they were working on there own home. Able to conceal the cable/electrical wires without running on exterior of home. Replaced electrical wiring with almost no removal of sheet rock and even above the fireplace... I still don't know how they were able to do that. I would recommend James and his crew to anyone!!!

They were fantastic. They were quick to respond, they got here exactly when they said would, the work was done efficiently, and their prices were fair. I had three pendants hung in the kitchen and one of the pendants had a broken piece of marble, so I'm still waiting for that piece, but they'll come back out and won't charge me any additional to come back out and put it in. I've had a problem with a light they put in on one of my bathrooms because the light had scratch on it. When the light came back in, they came back out and put it up at no additional fees. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them without taking a second breath.

The owner James answered my phone and booked an appointment promptly. The electrician Tim arrived on time. He professionally installed 6 can lights which I purchased from Big Deal. Then he installed an outlet and bolt the Over-the-range microwave to the cabinet for $150. He also help me installed 3 dimmer switches for free. I provided materials. I am very satisfied. Will do business again.

With the exception of a slight hiccup in initial scheduling correspondence, everything was done quickly and professionally.

This went well. The electrician let me know that the bad circuit breaker was a potential fire hazard. I am very grateful that this was replaced.
