He arrived outside the window of time that was given to me but they called to tell me he would be late. He arrived right when the caller said he would arrive. The serviceman was neatly dressed and got right to work. When the first fan was not connected to the switches the way I wanted it to be connected, he worked on it until it was the way I wanted it. I was also pleased that he took the time to make sure the fan on the high ceiling was properly screwed into wood and no just the wallboard as the prior fan had been. The three-way hallway switch was not properly working but he determined that it was an issue that could not be resolved with this appointment. I appreciated him being honest about it since it was an added on item and not the main purpose of the visit. All of the trash from the assembly and installation of the fans was put back in the box so we could easily dispose of it. The outdoor outlet was also an added on work item and he was able to quickly evaluate the problem and replace the outlet. It cost quite a bit for that task and material but we have the peace of mind that it was done by a professional. Paying for the outlet at regular price made me realize what a deal the fan installation was!

The two electricians arrived on time, very punctual. They immediately went to work assessing the problem. After figuring out the GFI was burnt, they moved it inside and ran a new electrical line to my outdoor fountain. They checked out my entire basement . It is such a relief to know that all the outlets and lights work. I just happened to ask about a fan installation and he did it right then. It was well worth the additional $50 dollars. I plan on using them again in the fall to have some recessed lights done. They did a great job.

They were VERY professional......called before coming.....showed up in a timely manner......courteous at all times....did what we had asked them to do......cleaned up after themselves.....gave invoices by email......gave us a name of someone they knew well that is scheduled to come out next day to fix the drywall they had to cut to put in new and bigger electrical panel........I couldn't be happier with their work......WONDERFUL people.....would definitely recommend them and would use their services again!

It worked out great. I worked with them before. He's very responsible for his work. He did some dimmers in our living room and I actually tried to replace them myself and then I can't put it back together. He came back over and fixed the issue. He's very clean and didn't leave any mess.

That went fine. My husband dealt with it and I don’t remember the timeline. It was of the deals when they came out and installed two fans for a certain price but I don’t remember. If I had a little trouble with it, he got it going. I think they showed up on time. They guy was nice and it was just a little problem with the wiring but he got it figured out.

What more can you ask for? They set up a specific date and time to perform the service, they showed up on time, went straight to work, then cleaned up and left. Why can't all companies be this easy to work with?

I used one of their deals and they did a good job. I would use them again whenever I need to replace more ceiling fans. I used one of their deals - 2 ceiling fan installs for $100. They didn't charge anything more and they needed to go into my attic to fix how the initial ceiling fan had been installed.

Had to pay an extra $150 to get wires hidden behind wall. Other purchases that was included. Also did not set TV to co-ordinate with Direct TV. Could only get one channel until reprogrammed. Other services had coordinated TV with channel provider. Did not clean area up well.

It turned out that the fan doesn't work if the remote has a dead battery, even if the chain is pulled and light switch is activated. He put in a new 9v battery and it works fine. Although I feel stupid that I didn't check the battery, I am grateful for his pleasant demeanor and help.

The installer was late, but he did call to say he would be late. He did not bring the fan with him and had to leave and go buy one. I thought the ad indicated the fan was quiet, but it is rather loud. The installer was not really sure why he was there and had to read the "deal" I had bought. We had a hole cut in the ceiling for an air conditioning return vent that was not connected but the installer said the vent needed to be closer to the light so he could connect the wiring. He cut a new hole, but did not vent the fan to anywhere. I would say that is not to code? He hit the ceiling with something and tore some drywall near the light fixture and we had to re-paint in spots after he left. He did not clean up all his mess before he left, but he attempted some. He took a rather long time, but said the fan did not give him enough wire to have much play in the connections, thus the time he took. He was very nice.

I don't think i liked them. They didn't seem to know what they are doing. All they did was hook it up.

Excellent service!! Tim called to let me know they were on they way. They arrived when they said they would and went to work immediately. Tim and Robbie were extremely nice and very professional. They installed the two fans with no problems and the fans look great and work perfectly. Tim was very knowledgeable about some other electrical questions we had about other work we need done. I would call Big Frog Electric for any future electric problems or installations and I recommend them without hesitation! My husband and I are very pleased with their work.

Big Frog arrived within the time frame specified. James and his helper were friendly, organized, and efficient. Although they had other jobs scheduled after mine, they were able to accommodate my request for installation of a third ceiling fan outside of the special deal. I was extremely happy with the professional installations and the price, and would definitely use Big Frog again for any electrical needs.
