Big Frog Electric

I am writing you in regards of the the recessed lighting which was installed in my kitchen and living room. I wanted to let you know that my wife and I are very pleased with the results. I did some initial research and found you your company on Angie's list called and left a message, minutes later you returned my call with a enthusiastic and energetic voice willing to hear about my project and respond with option or solutions in terms I could understand. Weeks later after returning from vacation I called to schedule an appointment and without a problem you able to give me my requested date. Your employee Derrick showed up right on time was polite and got right to work. Derrick looked at the layout and gave some great lighting suggestions. After some problems in the kitchen, Derrick quickly figured it out and completed the new recessed lighting. Then moved onto the living room and did a dynamite job. I will definitely use your company for any of my electrical needs and suggest you to any of my friends and co-workers.

It was not good. They basically mixed up a line and blew our air conditioner but they reacted quickly and rectified the problem. But the experience was not good. They had the wrong voltage or something. It was hot and yet the air conditioner broke. That happened as soon as they swapped out the panel. They came out to do the service within the last six months and they honored the price of the deal. I chose to go with them because of their big deal and their price was reasonable. I do not remember if they showed up on time and I do not know how to grade their professionalism because my husband was the one that interacted with them.

It went very well. Alan was our service guy and he was very professional.

It went great. Big Frog came and checked out the entire system....gave me a good estimate and worked with us to set up a date and time agreeable for all of us. They then showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Although I was not on premises when the service was performed, my tenant and Big Frog kept me ;informed as the job progressed and was completed. Good Work Big Frog.

The service was fine. They were on time, did the work and left.

Bought the 2 recessed lights deal from Angie?s list, I knew we would need more than that and when they came they installed 4 additional lights for our large living room (6 lights in total). The lights look great! They have made a huge difference in what was a very dark living room! The plaster from the celling did sort of get everywhere and has been a pain to get up but other than that they did have excellent job on everything!

They were great. He was very friendly. He was able to put up the mount, install the TV on the mount and then put in the ceiling fan.

Basic install completed in aprox. 30 minutes.

Big Frog gave me pricing over the phone so I knew what to expect. Electrician was very punctual and knowledgeable. A++.

Went just fine. Installer was prompt and gave us some good advice on other electrical issues. Only concern is some pricing on future work. Seemed a bit high.

Both James and Alan did a great job. Minimal clean-up and excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

I bought the big deal and they emailed me immediately to schedule. Unfortunately, I deleted the email by accident. When I emailed them again, they were able to put me on the schedule right away. When they got here, I didn't have the right down rod for my fan. They left, and I re-scheduled and needed it done quickly. They were able to fit me in. They were very professional and polite. Installed the fans and even carried the old fan out to the garage for me. No complaints. They were punctual, efficient, and did the job right!

Electricians showed up on time, explained everything, provided accurate quotes and finished on schedule. They were very polite and professional; we will use them for any future electrical work.

Several months ago my wife and I started having a new home built.We decided to purchase and install our own ceiling fans.Since we were moving to a new and unfamiliar city we researched Angie's List to identify electricians we could hire to do the installations. right about that time Big Frog Electric offered a Big Deal to install 2 fans for a great price.I was able to purchase 2 of the Big Deals to cover the installation of all 4 fans during the ensuing monhths I was in periodic contact with the Big Frog himself....James Crofutt...to keep him posted on the timing for when I would need the fans installed.His email replies were always timely and made me confident the project would be completed as timely as I needed it to. In recent weeks I decided to buy an additional fan and two pendant lights for the kitchen.He offered to install the 5th fan for the same price as he was doing the Big Deal for and added a reasonable charge to install the pendants . Yesterday Derek arrived right on time. he immediately went to work and I could quickly see how knowledgable and experienced he was. The fans we had were not easy to put together and install.. .As a result they took longer to assemble and install than usual. Derek worked nonstop without lunch to install them.He did a beautiful job and no two fans were the same model! He never even took a bathroom break! Overall I was very pleased with both Derek's work and the communications I had with James,the owner and I will make them my go to electrician when I need that type of work

It was fine. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was pretty easy. He got the job done in about 3 hours.

They did a great job and were on-time. What we liked, is that he explained everything up front and the price was fair.

He did a great job! Very professional. Efficient, yet thorough. Left the place as clean as he found it. We will definitely use again!

We weren't totally satisfied. They guy was nice enough, but he didn't do what we wanted him to do or what the Big Deal entailed. We had a switch in an exterior light that we wanted fixed and were willing additionally for, but they wouldn't take on the job. They didn't even replace the fan like they were supposed to. I felt the pricing for the Big Deal was reasonable, but he didn't do the work. I felt like he wanted to get out as fast as he could.

They were outstanding and did a beautiful job. The price is also amazing. I called Big Frog Electric both times and they were out the next week. They were pretty quick to respond, very punctual, were on time, very efficient in getting the work done and clean. They make sure they put things down and did not mess up any of my carpet or anything. When it was done they took all the boxes or whatever and got rid of them for me. I even referred them to my brother and his wife. They used them and were extremely happy with them too.

Everything was as expected.

Installer arrived on time and installed the fans in no time. They work and look great!

He did a great job--I was prepared to have him install a new fan, but he fixed the fan that was there and saved the cost of the new fan. Also did a great job installing the light fixture

VERY satisfied and will use their services again. 3 ceiling fans were up and running in a about 1.5 hours!
