Overall a very positive experience: When I set up the appointment they told me that the trip out to look at the job and provide an estimate, did not have a service charge associated with it. Good start! They called ahead both the night before, and the day of, to confirm the appointment. They showed up very early within the arranged window. They asked concise questions and got to the net of what needed to be done. They gave a quick verbal quote. They acted as if they'd done this many times before (I say that merely to contrast with another electrical company who had been out a week before and given me a quote that was DOUBLE the one that Big Frog gave me, for the exact same job, and who did not inspire confidence that this was a comfort zone for them). Once I agreed (again, verbally) ... they got right to work. They had all the materials needed (again, I provided the mount which may have helped) and got the job done quickly and it appears as if everything is working as expected. They did test before leaving. I only gave a slight ding (B) on the professionalism side. This is not at all about the people - the two gents were courteous and professional. It's more about the process. After we agreed verbally on the quote and that they could get started, I asked for a writeup of the quote - i.e. what they would do and the price. I think that's pretty common practice and normally not something I would think I would have to ask for, before holes start getting cut in walls. They indicated that I would get a detailed invoice at the end, which is fine but is really another matter. What can I say, they had inspired confidence and I let them go ahead with nothing in writing - not really good judgment on my part, but it turned out fine. I do think that they and their customers would benefit from incorporating a written quote into the process as a matter of habit, prior to starting work.

They did a great job. They showed up as scheduled, completed the job in less than four hours and cleaned up when they were done. Quality work. I was very pleased.

The install went great. The technician was very polite and on time. The install went very smooth and quick. I would use them again.

They were excellent. They were very nice. They must have had a special. It was normally $2000 but I got it for $1000. I don't remember exactly but I remember it was a good deal. They were really good at what they did. The first electrical group that came in, they found that I had a house that must have been struck by lightning at some point. It wasn't a directly hit. It was probably a bounced off, I have woods behind me. The first electrical group had open the box and found that behind the box where part of it had burnt. We didn't know when it was. I didn't know why I didn't have them come out. Maybe I was getting prices and Frog had a better deal. I think that's what happened.

I had a very positive experience with Big Frog. All the way from the initial request through the install, the team was very responsive and took time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted - and I am pretty darn picky. Allen, my electrician, was very patient and worked through the various options with me. I felt like he wanted not just to get the job done, but to do an awesome job and have fun doing it. The customer service at Big Frog was very personable - the whole experience was exactly what you'd like to think all customer service should be.

They was pretty fast. The process of installing the ceiling fans didn't take long. They was running late so I called and they let me know they were running behind.

This was a great electrician experience. The technician called and actually asked if he could come early! He was friendly and conscientious. He also laid out the different options and tradeoffs for the specific way we wanted to install the light cans. In the end, they did a great job and completed the work expeditiously. We are very pleased and would use them in the future.

This company is A+ across the board! We recently purchased an electric vehicle and needed to quickly get a charging station installed at our home. Someone recommended a local electrician who had done some work in our neighborhood. He pretty much told us that we would need to rewire the entire circuit breaker because we didn't have enough amperage to support the addition of a 30A charging station! I decided to call Big Frog on the same day to get a second opinion as the statements made no sense. The office manager, Rachel, was exceptional from the start. She contacted one of her staff members (Alan) immediately and he quickly called me back. This was all done during the holidays and just before New Year's, Alan was at our house assessing the power requirementss and clearly defining how/where to install the charging station. We literally turned on all of the appliances in the home and found that the usage was at less than 1/2 of the capacity. Alan came out today to install the charging station and everything went perfectly! There's a reason that this company is rated #1. They are honest, professional, prompt, and affordable. I couldn't have asked for more and look forward to working with BigFrog again in the near future. Thank you Alan and the great team at Big Frog for an AWESOME JOB!

Derek was prompt to arrive as in the past. We discussed the work and looked over the room where he was to do installation. He had so many tools on his tool belts i couldnt see how he could walk! That guy comes prepared! Anyway he thought he would be able to complete job in 2 hours or less...Sure enough the entire job went smoothly and he looked at a couple of other electrical ideas we are considering and made some great suggestions. He cleaned up the area of work and removed all of the material that was left over. I wouldnt use anyone but Big Frog Electric...they are capable, service oriented, fairly priced and always meet their commitments .Their communication is also excellent.

The company responded quickly each time that I called, the technicians were professional and courteous, and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, they made sure to complete the work within the same day despite having to leave in order to obtain necessary parts. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

The company does not hide the wires. The hiding of the wires is an extra $75.

The electrician replaced the electrical unit and the lights came on immediately. At his own initiative, he also looked at my main wiring unit (circuit box) and made some recommendations to move some of the wiring, seal off wires and close an opening that might be a fire hazard. For $50 more, I got peace of mind. I would certainly use them again, especially if they sent Allan. He was very professional, informative and pleasant.

Quality and price were great. They were able to do the job on the same day that they gave us the estimate.

,Very well. The wiring to the old panel was a mess! Left over from the previous owner's poor attempts at renovation, it looked like spaghetti, and was probably not safe .It's a relief to get that job done.
